Worst accommodation ever!

I don't recommend an accommodation that you won't use again unless it's near Busan Station. Pillows and beds are uncomfortable and the view is not blocked by the next building. The hot water in the bathroom is rusty. Worst experience ever!

Unpleasant Customer Service

Room was terribly hot, estimated at over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Window vent was only the size of a shoebox, so not much ventilation was possible. Airconditioner was disabled due to it being winter. Older gentleman at front desk was extremely rude and condescending when I asked if there was a way to make the room cooler. Very unpleasant experience.

駅前の便利なホテル

フロントの方はいつも笑顔で、日本語や英語のわかる方が多かったと思います。 (名前を覚えて下さって、滞在中は名前で呼ばれていました) KORAIL釜山駅と地下鉄釜山駅に挟まれ(どちらからも目の前)、駅の周辺には美味しいデジクッパ、ミルミョン 、その他韓国料理屋さんが多数点在していました。 (大通りを挟んで24h営業の食堂が幾つかありました) コンビニ、両替屋も複数あり、どこへ行くのも何をするのも大変便利で助かりました。 24h営業のサウナも無料で利用できます。 ホテル1Fに「サムジンオムク」が入っていて、その2Fはイートインできるカフェになっていました。 ホテル自体は年期を感じる建物ですが、最低限の物(アメニティ、ドライヤー、タオル、スリッパ、ガウン、テレビ、エアコンなど)は揃っているので、特に不便は感じませんでした。 またお世話になりたいと思います。
