Bursa Trip

This is a great hotel if you want to avoid the busy city centre. It takes about 15 mins to get back to the centre by Taxi. I cant fault the hotels location if you're ok travelling by taxi or hire car. The breakfast options are good with a variety however you pay extra for an omelette.

Nice and quiet location, but they were lack of staff especially for the spa. Every time I had to ask to start the Thermal water to hear up the pool which was bit embarrassing. Breakfast was good and fresh open buffet, staff was good and kind.

Property is located at the best area in the Town if you want to have relaxed time. The only thing should be considered that the Thermal Pool opens at 3 pm which is absolutely uncommon where pretty much all the Thermal Hotels opening up early in the morning, and this time it was unfortunately lack of staff at pool and no one was on charge.

Poor Location , Service with rude staff

The property is far from the main tourist attractions and requires taxi service to move around the city. Despite booking a comfort room ( junior suite) the room was in a corner and the view was blocked as it was the back of the hotel which had a wall. The room lock was not working and we had call I the mechanic to fix the room lock. The breakfast was very average . On requesting basic omelette, they asked us to pay saying it’s not included in the breakfast. Overall very rude staff and bad service. I would not recommend to stay here.

Bel hôtel, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville à partir du restaurant au dernier étage. Les mezes étaient excellents, mais le burger au poulet laissait à désirer. Immense chambre avec l’une des plus grandes salles de bain que j’ai vue. La salle de la piscine, au sous-sol, était mal éclairée et un peu glauque.

The pros about staying at this hotel: -fabulous buffet breakfast with lots of hot and cold options like salads, dips, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, lots of different breads and pastries, several yogurt options, fruit, espresso based coffee drinks and tea. -parking was free of charge. -room was spacious and quiet. -the bed was comfortable. -the shower was good. The cons: -the spa was not open and no one notified us in advance, we only found out upon check in. The main reason to come to Bursa is to experience the thermal waters, so we had to go to a different hotel for that. -the rooms and hallways have carpet which I'm sure they clean on a daily basis but it was difficult to tell. -there were signs of humidity on the bathroom ceiling, the paint was bubbling and peeling. -they only provide two pillows for the bed.

Where do I begin? Don’t be deceived by the lobby when we went up to the third floor to our room the carpet were extremely dirty and smelled of cigarettes when we got to our room we noticed there was black mold in the bathroom and the room itself was dirty. I went back to reception and asked to be switched to a different room, they switched us to a different room on the way to the room by the room on the wall. There was black mold when we entered the room the carpet was extremely dirty, cigarette stains, and it wasn’t even vacuumed. We told them about the black mold, and they said sorry nothing they could do.

Thermal and Spa is opening at 3 pm, and between 3-4 pm the Pool is serving to women only. I had to request to start the thermal fountain which makes the pool warm.
