When i checked in at 2:45 pm,the front desk told me that my room will be ready in 15 min. Then, 45 min later i went back and asked them about my room if its ready ? They said which room ! They forgot about me !!! At 3:50 pm they managed to find me a room .Paying $700 for 2 nights at a 4 star hotel i expected better reception & service !!!!! Best regards,, Mohd Al Hitmi Qatar
