Overall - Property was lovely and met our needs. Some areas need to be addressed when charging the rates currently being asked. Security entry doors with no fly screens and some windows with no fly screen. This is a MUST in QLD. Showers need updating, very old outdated tiles and black mould. The white material curtains in bedrooms also need some sort of block out curtain as the light at 5am makes it impossible to sleep in. Pool area really needs attending to daily with the constant wattle / leaves / bat poo littering the whole space and to make sure pool is filtering and heating as it should be. The location of this property is perfect with beautiful sunrises and sunsets but there are small general maintenance areas that need to be kept on top of.
