Located on the fringe of the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Within minutes you can have the sand between your toes on the beach, be sitting at a cafe, or shopping.

Bright and sunny bottom story unit that has just undergone a tasteful refurbishment.

2 bedroom ground floor apartment. Main bedroom consists of double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds.

**We wish to inform all guest that due to location of the unit, we acknowledge that there is noise from the highway and nearby 24hr service station.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.
