Holiday Apartment '6 & 7' with Open Terrace and Wi-Fi

This approximately 260 m² accommodation in Seminarhaus Punkt XII e.V. – consisting of apartments 6 and 7 – is ideal for larger groups, families, or teams. With five bedrooms and up to twelve beds, it offers plenty of space for you to arrive and feel at home. A private balcony, a terrace with garden, and a gas grill invite you to relax outdoors. The layout allows both privacy and communal gatherings – indoors and outdoors.



On the lower level (apartment 7), you will find two bedrooms: one with a king-size and a single bed as a walk-through room, and one with a king-size bed. Both have access to the terrace. On the upper level (apartment 6), there are three more bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, one with a king-size and a single bed, and one with two single beds. The walk-through room is currently not separated from the hallway.



The kitchen in apartment 6 is well equipped for self-catering and leads directly into a spacious communal room with dining table and access to the balcony. Optionally, you can use the house's professional kitchen – especially practical for groups and available for an extra fee. Breakfast is also available on request and for an additional charge.



A bathroom with shower and bathtub (apartment 6) and a separate WC (apartment 7) are at your disposal. Fresh towels are included. You have exclusive access to all areas – including the balcony, terrace, kitchen, and garden.



The house is quietly located in Oberrimbach, right on the edge of the Steigerwald. Numerous trails invite you to go hiking, cycling, or horseback riding. Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg can be reached via the nearby A3 in under an hour.



There is a horse stable with four horses on the property. By arrangement, you can bring your own horse; courses for children and adults are also possible.
