This sustainable, bright and atmospheric home has a bright character and is situated on a tranquil spot hidden behind some trees. The environment offers lots of possibilities and is loved among sun- and nature lovers and active people for that reason.

The villa features a stylish living room, perfectly suited to the delightful beach lifestyle, equipped with a cozy wood-burning stove and a television with a wide range of channels. The dining area is directly adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with box spring beds and a modern bathroom. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a spacious sauna. The living room and the bedrooms upstairs are fitted with air conditioning that can both cool and heat, unique within the park, as this holiday home is the only property with this luxury feature.

The garden is fully enclosed so that children and dogs can play here in a carefree way while you can just relax and unwind. The roofed terrace allows you to also sit outdoors when the weather is less beautiful. The garden is a lovely spot to share meals together and enjoy long summer nights. In- and outdoors are combined in a very nice and memorable way.

Wunderschönes Haus, ruhige Lage in der Nähe zum Meer

Tolles Haus, Fotos entsprechen dem Objekt. Sehr nah zum langen Sandstrand und dem Naturschutzgebiet. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Toiletten und 2 Bäder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parken am Haus möglich, Umgebung sehr ruhig. Grundstück eingezäunt, deshalb auch super mit Kindern oder Hund. Küche könnte zum Kochen etwas besser eingerichtet sein, aber wir sind gut zurecht gekommen. Auflagen für Stühle und Liegen im Freien waren nicht vor Ort. Evt kann man das vorher anfragen.
