Just 30 meters from the villa, guests enjoy access to a private 1000 m² garden with outdoor sauna, hot tub, boules court, barbecue, picnic area, and a playground, ideal for both relaxation and fun. The attic offers indoor entertainment with table football and a pool table.

Nestled near the borders of Germany and Luxembourg, this location is perfect for cross-border day trips. Nature lovers will enjoy nearby hiking and cycling in the Südeifel Nature Reserve and the High Fens. Reuland Castle is also worth a visit, and restaurants are only 500 meters away.

4 good size double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a well equipped kitchen, spacious living all in good order - the house is perfect although the ceilings are low and a flyswatter was missed the environment is very quiet and there are no facilities in the village - the closest supermarket is 15 minutes by car
