Apartment "Spreewaldkahn"

Enjoy the pure relaxation in your apartment on our Spreewaldhof! Our idyllic property is located in the middle of the Spreewald, surrounded by unspoilt alders, right on one of the widely branched branches of the Spree, a so-called "flow".

On about 1 700 m² you expect historic farm buildings, mature trees, spacious meadows and well-kept flowers. Our sprawling, park-like grounds offer plenty of space for active recreation or simply to sit back with relish.

The apartment was completed in 2018. Highlight of your antique designed apartment is the visibly reconstructed roof construction and the poplar planking from the year 1888 as well as the originally left height difference of the floor. Also very nice are the large roof windows, through which a lot of light floods into the rooms.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a travel crib, and a dining table.

Traumurlaub

Einfach himmlich war unser Spreewaldurlaub. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Antje und Jörg sind freundliche Gastgeber, die immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatten. Die Ferienwohnung Spreewaldkahn ist groß und hell, mit viel Platz zum ausruhen und entspannen. Das Gelände liegt mitten in der Natur, so dass wir jeden Tag Kanu fahren konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Hof mit direktem Zugang zum fließ und der Möglichkeit Boote zu mieten für einen Fairen Preis. Außerdem viele Sitzmöglichkeiten ( schön zur Tierbeobachtung ) .

Perfekter Paddelurlaub!

Wir durften eine Woche unseren Paddelurlaub auf dem Spreewaldhof inmitten der Natur verbringen. Was soll man sagen: es gibt einfach nix zu meckern. Tolle Lage direkt am Mittelfließ , schöne, top ausgestattete Wohnung, viel Platz zum chillen, grillen auf dem riesigen Gelände und ein Gastgeberpaar, das mit viel Liebe den alten Hof restauriert hat. Sehr schöne große Wohnung. Ideal für 6 Personen insbesondere weil es ein Vollbad und ein separates WC gibt. Sehr ruhige Lage, wunderbar zum Entspannen. Kurze Wege zur Therme und den umliegenden Restaurant. Können wir nur empfehlen. An die Heizungsregulierung mussten wir uns kurz gewöhnen.

Vorbildlich gerne immer wieder

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, super sauber, großzügig eingerichtet und wunderschön gelegen. Man kann bei den sehr netten Vermietern Kanus leihen und direkt vom Grundstück aus die zahlreichen Kanäle im Spreewald erkunden. Auf dem großzügigen Gelände hat man sehr viel Platz zum kicken, plantschen und rumliegen. Perfekt mobil ist man am besten mit dem Fahrrad welches man in einem kleinen Häuschen auf dem Grundstück gut abstellen kann. Mit dem Rad erreicht man nach kurzer Tour Badeseen, Kaffees und Biergärten. Wir kommen sicherlich in ein paar Jahren wieder.

Geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung, aber...

+ geräumige, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung + schöne Umgebung + freundliche Vermieter - sehr schmutzige Fenster, die wir wegen der herrlichen Aussicht zum Teil selber geputzt haben - Die Benutzung der Kajaks bzw. Kanadier sind nicht in der, recht hochpreisigen, Miete inbegriffen. Das haben wir bei der Beschreibung (Fewo) jedoch so verstanden. Zudem werden sie nur tageweise (nicht stundenweise) zu entsprechenden Preisen vermietet, was wir als nicht familienfreundlich empfanden. Wir haben das Objekt in der Annahme gemietet, dass wir täglich, auch stundenweise, zwei Kajaks zur Verfügung haben. Da war die Enttäuschung dementsprechend groß.

Sehr Empfehlenswert für Naturliebhaber

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten sogar die Rehe vom Dachfenster aus beobachten, wie sie auf dem Grundstück Mirabellen fressen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur jedem empfehlen.

Fragwürdig für kleine Kinder

Moderne Ausstattung und freundlicher Vermieter. Dachliegefenster auf der Nordseite lassen sich nicht verdunkeln. Infrarotheizung geht nur bis max. 21° C. Nachts wird diese automatisch abgestellt und muss dann wieder in jedem Zimmer aktiviert werden. Viele Mücken durch anliegendes stehendes Gewässer. Die Wohnung ist zwar hübsch saniert, aber es ist immer noch ein altes Bauernhaus. Die Mieter unter uns haben sich über die Geräusche unserer Kinder am Morgen beschwert. Achtung: Bei der Buchung eine eventuelle Überbelegung vorher mit dem Vermiter absprechen. Selbst ein Baby zählt als Gast.

Traumhafte Stille

Das Objekt entspricht der Schilderung. Trotz sehr vieler Urlauber in der Region liegt das Ferienobjekt absolut still und dennoch relativ nah an den umliegenden Ortschaften. Für Menschen, die es gern abseits und ruhig wünschen= ideal. Die große Wohnung, von uns mit 2 Personen genutzt, bietet ausreichend Platz für mehrere Menschen. Rundherum richtig gut. Großes Grundstück direkt am Fließ gelegen. Sogar hauseigene Paddelboote gibt es.

Ganz tolle, modern eingerichtete, großzügige Ferienwohnung direkt an einem Fließ. Die Beschreibung des Objektes entspricht genau der tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Unser Sommerurlaub 2020 im Spreewald ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Unterkunft war für vier (auch 6) Personen ideal und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Fließ sowie die Boote dort zwischen zu lagern machten individuelle Touren fernab vom Tourismus möglich. Für Fragen oder Wünsche war der Vermieter jederzeit ansprechbar. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber und zu unserer Anreise vorbereitet. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig und direkt am Flies. Mit den Hauseigenen Booten könnte man direkt los paddeln. Kurz um alles war Top.
