Villa of 350m2 on a plot of 2000m2 in a residential area of Bunyola at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site) overlooking the entire bay of Palma. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 with en suite bathrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, full kitchen, 2 large living rooms, swimming pool, billiards, table tennis, playground, terrace, barbecue, wood oven and several rest areas where you can relax. Parking for several cars. The pool (5mx10m) has very easy access ideal for all ages.
The villa is soundproofed and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Spacious villa with top equipment
The villa matched the description and pictures in every detail.
We were there with a group of friends and families of 8 people.
Due to the good layout and the numerous leisure facilities (pool, billiards, basketball, table tennis, hammock, ...) you could always get out of each other's way.
The barbecue area and the terrace on the 1st floor offer the opportunity for wonderful meals together and the lounge area by the pool is a must in the evening!
Everyone was particularly enthusiastic about the rich garden with lemons, papaya, grapes, figs and pomegranates, which tasted wonderful.
