★Pet Policy and Fees★
Pets are only allowed outside. We know pets are part of the family, so your furry companions are welcome. A pet fee applies to help contribute to the additional costs involved in maintaining the home to a high standard. After each pet stay, we schedule deeper cleans and regularly fumigate for fleas to ensure the property remains fresh and comfortable for all guests.

We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to two pets free of charge. However, to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we have the following policies in place:

✔ Unauthorized Pets Indoors: If a pet is found inside the property without prior approval, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair, odors, and potential mess.

✔ Damage to Grass and Landscaping: If a pet damages the grass or landscaping, a $100 fee will be charged to cover the cost of repairs.

✔ Damage to Property: If a pet causes damage to any part of the property (inside or outside), a $100 fee will be charged for necessary repairs or replacements.
