Clean room, friendly staff on arrivsl, quiet and great location across from the zoo. My one criticism would be although the pool was great could do with a bit of a clean up of palm fronds etc surrounding it.

The whole complex is in long overdue need of renovations. The carpet on the verandah upstairs is a safety hazard, spiders and paper wasp nests hanging off the rails, mouldy exterior, grouting in the bathroom looks like a child did it. And the list could go one and on. Only upside was that the room was clean.
