Bring your boat bring your toys and vehicles. Large area to secure your boat, JetSki's and any other river toys. Four min walk to the river w/ plenty of boat launches. Corner lot w/ parking for 6+ vehicles on the street out front two driveways. Home is bright, airy and ready for your family. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Kitchen with Island laundry room, master suite w/tub and shower Tvs in majority of rooms. Nice bar w/ sink and plenty of seating open area for games and relaxing.
