Hard to get good hotel at this area. This one is not the one as well when you expect the descent hotel in Singaraja. I just need to see the dolphin when sunrising.

Wi-Fi sucks, very slow. Not much for vegetarians but we managed. This is one hotel that actually maintains their property! Very good in that regard. staff is very accommodating. I quit writing good reviews because that jack's up the price but we had two connecting rooms at a great rate this trip.

Puri saron lovina with friends

Staff were amazing. Villa pool and setting, outdoor shower were great. Bedroom however cld be more warm and inviting with more furniture, lighting, and tv channels. Wifi and overall maintenance cld be improved. Loved that dolphin and snorkelling trips left fr the beach in front. Had a lovely stay cos we were with friends and great people.

Expensive for what you really get... looks old..

The hotel looks really old, it was empty when we went.. We didn't really like our room (n• 209, I'm sure they had better, the entry door was hard to open and really noisy, and the view through the window was awful). If it was me I'd have given my only customers a great room to have good reviews, but it's my opinion :-). The restaurant is really really expensive (we chose the warung accros the street for dinner which was friendly and good). I'm sure it was fine 10-20 years ago, I don't know.. the staff is really polite and friendly, even if we didn't really appreciate when we left the guy at the reception asked us where we were going to and he laughed on our faces when we said 4km away from there (is it his business? Aren't we free to move where we want to ?? Are we supposed to stay in his hotel if we don't feel well there? Come on !). The best point there is the included breakfast which is really big !!! They wanted to give us their cab service (85.000r for 4km lol, we found by ourself 12.000r).

A very enjoyable hotel to stay at.

We were upgraded to a villa so that was a pleasant surprise. Staff at this hotel are very well trained and display a courteous and welcoming manner at all times. They c@nt do enough to make your stay enjoyable, only downside was that we had no water on second morning, but again they worked to get it restored ASAP.

One of my favourite places to stay - ever!

Beautiful hotel just east of Lovina. Excellent faculties: pool, walkways, restaurant, etc. Staff was incredible, especially the manager and reception staff (Miss Ramdi) who arranged all sorts of excursions and transport in our behalf. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Bali!

very comfortable, accommodating staff, had a flood from all the rain and the housekeeping staff arrived and moved us quickly to the 2nd floor. Downside, internet did not work in our room and.TV was very limited. Nice location Oceanside. On a dead-end road, lots of staff. Beautiful. Even had limited vegetarian food. And Holland bakery nearby!

Nice hotel, boring location

There was nothing bad about this hotel, but there was nothing really remarkable about it either. Room was good sized and comfortable, although there was very little lighting and the bathroom shower desperately needed updating. Pool area is pretty and the restaurant is nice, but there's not really a "beach" here. Lovina itself is boring compared to the rest of Bali.

fun trip

As a family of three, this place worked really well for us. We weren't charged any extra for room service so every time kiddo napped we ordered food. They were incredibly kind and understood our goal. Do to our extensive eating at their restaurant, we pretty much burned through their menu. I wish they would either change it up or have specials. Don't get me wrong, the food was really good and I never had a bad meal!

Nice hotel but transport the issue

Hotel good. Pool good. Views breathtaking BUT BUT no transport to leave hotel and roads busy and narrow. Unable to get taxi. To nearest large shopping or restaurants outside of hotel the cost was 1000000 rupiah. Outlandish for 4-6 km. we changed our booking from 7-4 nights. Hotel desperately needs a shuttle like other hotels outside of town centre. Staff struggle with English and don't seem to use their time well in restaurant area.
