Great place

Great location. Next to the slopes and the big hotel with the thermal baths / water park. Great breakfast. Would love to have dinner in the hotel but it closes at 6pm

This was the absolute worst experience I have had while traveling. I have visited many countries in Europe, and many cities mostly in Poland and I am not one to complain but this is an exception. First of all, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING on site. The parking lot was always full and the front desk would shrug their shoulders when I questioned where I should park. My father and I simply visited this region to go to the thermal baths next door. We had a difficult time getting the hotel card to let us into the building each time we got back around 8pm because by then the front desk was closed and there was no one available to help us. On the second evening, we decided to take a walk after returning from the thermal baths. We returned a few minutes before 10 pm and went straight to our room. As we put on the TV (very low volume being considerate to others as always) we heard a knock on the door. The man said to turn off the TV and that there were complains made against us. MIND YOU WE JUST CAME IN THE ROOM! After I refused to turn off the tv due to the low volume, the man continued to say he will call the police and we will be evicted for the rest of our stay at our own cost. We then lowered the volume with him still there even lower, and laid down. About five minutes later the man returned threatening us that that police has been notified. The next morning we packed our bags and checked out due to all of this. DO NOT STAY HERE! I felt like I was in prison!!!!!!

Was disappointed we weren’t in the building that is advertised. However, it was the same room that was displayed. The building we booked into was under renovation so went to sister building that was closer to the road & noisier. Staff very friendly & helpful!!

Worth every penny

Location is everything and this hotel is located right between the easy beginners Bania slopes and baths and the more intermediate Kotelnica slopes. The hotel is immaculate, modern and nicely appointed. Everything is well planned including ski/snowboard lockers for your equipment to dry in the basement which helps in keeping everything clean. You can also rent equipment in the ski shop next door the previous night and keep them in the racks. The hotel staff will also contact ski/snowboard instructors for you. The restaurant is great and the breakfast buffet is well served and delicious although it could offer more fruit. Well, nothing is perfect. Enjoy!
