Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und definitiv wie in der Ausschreibung. Wir konnten auch schon früher in das Haus und am Abreisetag durften wir auch eine Stunde länger bleiben. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und und hilfsbereit, eine sehr nette Familie. Die Woche Urlaub in dem schönen Ferienhaus hat uns allen gutgetan! Wir konnten es sehr genießen, es gab keine Probleme und auch Ausflugsziele waren nicht weit entfernt - obwohl man durch den Pool und den großen Vorplatz mit Grill und Terrasse die ganze auch ganz entspannt zu Hause verbringen kann. Allgemein sind wir super gut zufrieden mit der gebuchten Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter was auch sehr gut. Auf die gestellten Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Wir fanden unsere Vermieter ganz nett. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, dass zwei Schlafzimmer aus vier, sind nicht klimatisiert, obwohl in der Beschreibung wurde angegeben dass alle Schlafräume mit der Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Vielleicht noch die Beschreibung ergänzen, dass am Ort noch die Kautionen genommen wird, haben wir auch am Tag vor Anreise erst erfahren, war nicht schlimm, aber trotzdem im Voraus das zu wissen wäre besser. Sonst sind wir mit allem zufrieden und würden gerne nochmal kommen.

Alles ind allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise alles Tip Top. Wir haben die Villa in einem überdurchschnittlich sauberen Zustand übernommen. Es ist auch schon beinahe alles da, was man so für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Qualität der Villa ist sehr gut. Man merkt, da hat sich jemand ins Zeug gelegt. Einzig die Möblierung könnte etwas hochwertiger sein, das ist aber meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

5 daagse in Plovanija

Deze woning is vrij ruim en degelijk onderhouden. Toch zijn er ook een aantal minpuntjes in vergelijking met andere woningen waar we tijdens onze vakanties in Kroatië al mochten verblijven. Alles is vrij basic maar proper, de 2 slaapkamers zonder airco zijn wel jammer omdat dit tijdens de warme maanden toch wel essentieel is. De directe buurt is in opbouw en ligt er nogal onverzorgd bij. Plovanija is in volle ontwikkeling en zal op vrij korte termijn ook meer toeristisch ingericht worden Dit is gelukkig niet zichtbaar vanuit de woning zelf omdat alles goed afgeschermd is. De afstand tot bakker/slager/... is ook vrij ver en hiervoor moet je steeds de wagen gebruiken. Eens je richting Umag (+/- 8 km) rijdt is alles wel prima in orde. Ondanks deze opmerkingen hebben we een zeer aangename vakantie gehad dus al bij al een dikke 7/10 voor deze woning.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war reibungslos, die Unterkunft wunderschön und sauber. Kleine Details (Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Basketballkorb, Spiele, etc.), der Pool, ein Badezimmer in jedem Zimmer haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (4 bis 11 Jahre)) und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. + Haus sehr schön und sauber. Entspricht genau der Beschreibung. + Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. + Kommunikation mit Vermieterin vor Ort, in deutsch problemlos möglich. Ebenso mit der Ansprechpartnerin in Deutschland. + Pool hat ordentliche Größe, sodass man nicht zwingend zum Meer fahren muss. Der Pool selbst, sowie der Außenbereich sind auch sehr schön und gepflegt. + Der Ort ist zwar sehr klein und bietet kaum Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, ist dadurch aber auch sehr ruhig. Umag (einkaufen), Kanegra (Strand), Istralandia (Wasserpark) und CUJ (Weingut) sind jeweils nur wenige Auto-Minuten entfernt. + Uns sind leider ein paar Gegenstände (eine Vase, eine Pool-Liege) zu Bruch gegangen. Hierfür mussten wir keinen Ersatz besorgen oder eine Zahlung leisten! + Parkplätze für mindestens 3 mittelgroße/große Autos. + Sehr freundliche Menschen in Nachbarschaft und generell in Kroatien. - Wir hatten leider ein paar Probleme bei der Buchung. Wir hatten nachträglich einen weiteren Tag dazugebucht. Dabei viel auf, dass bei der Berechnung des Preises über FeWo ein Fehler gemacht wurde. Wir waren ja 10 Personen, obwohl das Haus eigentlich nur für 8 Personen angegeben wurde. Die Aufstockung ist möglich und auch prinzipiell kein Problem, doch kostet sie pro Tag und Person etwas mehr. Diese Zusatzkosten waren bei der ursprünglichen Kalkulation von FeWo nicht enthalten. Als der Fehler dann bei der Buchungsverlängerung auffiel, wären Zusatzkosten von ca. 1500 € (inkl. dem zusätzlichen Tag) angefallen. Wir konnten uns dann letztlich mit der Vermieterin auf einen deutlich günstigeren Betrag einigen, wobei wir sehr zuvorkommend behandelt wurden. Das möchte ich hier nochmal explizit hervorheben! Dennoch entstand hierbei etwas Chaos bei der Buchung, der Rechnungserstellung und Bezahlung, weshalb ich einen Stern bei der Gesamtbewertung abziehen muss, denn dass hat mich wirklich etwas genervt. Die Hauptverantwortung hierfür sehe ich aber bei FeWo! Wir würden das Haus bestimmt nochmal wählen, dann aber versuchen FeWo zu meiden.

Urlaub 2019 mit 3 Familien

Wie hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Ferienhaus war Top mit Klimaanlage. Den Pool haben wir auch sehr sehr oft genutzt . Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Umag sind sehr groß. ( Lidl, Spar, Kaufland) Den schönsten Strand haben wir in Kanegra gefunden . Parken ist für 70 Kuna auf dem Campingplatz möglich. Fazit: Kroatien ist ein Urlaub wert.

Aufenthalt als Rollstuhlfahrer

Wir waren als Großfamilie für 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Das Wetter war leider nicht so toll. Zum Haus: Es ist speziell für die Vermietung als Ferienhaus gebaut. Die Einrichtung ist für 8 Personen optimal! (Erwachsene) Die einzelnen Doppelzimmer sind Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie haben eine gute Matratze, sodass man auch gut schlafen kann. Aus Sicht eines Rollstuhlfahrers: Würde ich das Haus nicht empfehlen! Es gibt einfach zuviele Hürden und Kannten. Ich bin ein sehr selbstständiger Rollifahrer. Normalerweise mache ich fast alles selbst, und brauche keine bis kaum Hilfe. Die Duschen haben unten einen Duschkasten, der für mich unüberwindbar ist. Ich hab draussen im Freien unter der Freidusche bzw. mit dem Gartenschlauch geduscht. Bei miesem Wetter nicht soooo toll. Auch die Schiebetür hat eine 10cm hohe Kannte. Auch da bin ich allein nicht drüber gekommen. Bei der Haustür sind 2 Stufen. Bei der Terrasse gibt es eine 10cm hohe Kannte, für die ich vorsorglich eine Rampe mitgebracht hatte. Der Platz im Doppelzimmer im EG ist sehr begrenzt. Zwischen Bettfuß und Wand sind es ca. 65cm. Auch ins Badezimmer ist eine Tür verbaut mit 65cm Breite. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Für normale Urlauber ist das Haus Preis/Technisch zu empfehlen! Als Rollstuhlfahrer leider nicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Kann man sich nicht besser wünschen!

Super Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool.

Wir waren im August 2018 zu 8 in diesem Ferienhaus und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus bietet Viel Platz und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer. 👍🏻 Der Pool mit Außendusche waren einfach nur super. Das Haus befindet sich etwa 12 km entfernt von Umag in einem ruhigen Ort namens Plovanija (Auto erforderlich). Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und bei der Anreise und Abreise gab es keine Probleme. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir werden das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und werden es bestimmt mal wieder selbst in Anspruch nehmen. Dankeschön
