Clear Lakes Country Club spacious home on the 4'th and 13'th tee-boxes. Golf out the back, fish the private ponds, duck hunt a mile up river, walk the golf course trails, enjoy world class upland birds and big game in the area. You'll love the peaceful mornings adjacent to the Snake River. This property only allows for a single paying tenant per month, so plan on paying for a minimum of 15 days and signing a 30 day lease to appease our HOA.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
