Absolutely no smoking inside of the house, no pets or parties are allowed. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied for any violation of the house rules.
Other things to note:
There is a Nest smart doorbell in the front of the house, a security camera overlooking the front of the house and they are for security and safety purposes. There is a Minut system in the living room that measures party noise or if someone is smoking in the home.
