DISCLAIMER: This review is in no way against the host, Traverse. They are a nationwide platform that helps property owners with listing these properties. This review is solely about the property and the owner. The property may have been older, but that doesn't excuse issues and how it was maintained.- An exterior door should have an actual doorknob, not a cabinet door pull where the only way to close the door is to use the deadbolt. - the property is listed as sleeping 10, but not enough place settings or utensils for how many it can sleep. It only had 5 plates and 4 bowls. 3 forks, 2 spoons, and a couple knives. The knives were still dirty, as was a plate. Multiple outlets were either not working, or not secure, so I wouldn't let my kids plug anything in for risk of shock.- the property was listed as having air conditioning. Multiple window units in the property presented blatant fire and safety hazards due to how they and where they needed plugged in to. One needed plugged in to an outlet that was not secure to the wall, with exposed wiring.- they list having outdoor backyard access, but there's broken glass everywhere from what looks like a landlord-special patch job of the property. There's even a huge hole in the rear foundation.- the massively unlevel upstairs will cause issues with anyone who as vertigo or balance issues. Save yourself the experience, and look elsewhere. Hopefully the property owner fixes everything that's needed.
