Very Happy

We were extremely pleased with this rental. The house was very clean with new appliances including a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding looked new and clean. Almost everything we needed for our week's stay was there too. Carol, our host, couldn't have been nicer and more responsive. We would highly recommend this location!

Carol & Ron were amazing hosts and made sure we were taken care of. House was neat & clean. 2 bedrooms were on the bottom floor and one is located in the upstairs loft/attic area which went up steep stairs. It was a little bit difficult to get luggage upstairs so I think that’s important to know beforehand. One bathroom was neat & clean. There was plenty of clean towels. Washer & dryer in basement was convenient to wash clothes/ towels for our extended stay. Near the NYS Thruway so you can hear some traffic. Overall very nice stay, comfortable beds, clean home, and excellent hosts. Will use again when staying in Western New York, Buffalo area. Thank you! Julie

Comfortable House

This was a very nice and comfortable house for a family of 4 (all adults). We were there for a weekend for a college graduation. The house was conveniently located near SUNY UB and the city of Buffalo.

Girls Weekend

We had a fantastic stay. It was a perfect place for our annual girls weekend. Very close to the mall and lots of shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and so well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed, including snacks and drinks in the fridge. Carol was very easy to communicate with and made check in so easy. The only reason it gets 4 stars for location is because it’s on a busy highway with a bit of road traffic noise…but the driveway turn around made coming and going so easy! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.
