La atención fue excelente. El edificio es un poco anticuado y las instalaciones tambien, pero lo contrarrestan con la limpieza, muy limpio. La cama (doble king size) comodísima.

La peor experiencia hotelera que he tenido.

Mi reserva fue de una habitación premium con una cama doble y wifi. Cuando lleugé al hotel me encontré con que la habitación tenía dos camas individuales, la decoración era la de las habitaciones normales y que no había wifi. Cuando reclamé en recepción, lejos de intentar solucionarlo me indicaron que esas cosas eran normales y que solo las ofrecían en caso de disponibilidad. Pudieron haberme llamado para avisarme que las condiciones que yo había reservado no estaban disponibles por estar el hotel completo pero no lo hicieron ni se disculparon por ello. Por si todo ello fuese poco, la habitación estaba situada sobre un motor no se si de ventilación o de que tipo pero no paró de hacer ruido en toda la noche. Por último indicar que la calefacción es centralizada y no dispone de aire acondicionado por lo que regular la temperatura de la habitación es casi imposible.

El hotel está viejo. El desayuno muy escaso. La wifi no funciona. Lo único que se salva es el personal del hotel que es amable.
