Staff were all very friendly and everyone spoke English, which was a nice surprise. Excellent included breakfast, comfortable room. Very nice location. Easy walking distance to many nice restaurants and Palermo is a nice area! The service here was so thoughtful it made it a memorable stay.

We stayed at Vain on 4 different occasions during our 3 week Argentinian experience. On stay number two we were treated as old friends. All of the staff, who speak good English, were delightful and could not have been more helpful in helping us with bookings and local info. Breakfast is superb and could set you up for a whole day if you wanted! The rooms are clean and functional. Tiny bit tired around the edges in some places but very comfortable and good modern design. If arriving early before your room is ready you are offered drinks and pastries in the lovely top floor lunge which also has outside terrace. We loved it here and would definitely book again if in BA.

Tonight is our last night and I do not want to miss the chance of rating this small hotel located in Palermo Soho district in Buenos Aires. The hotel has a old world charm with all the modern amenities. Breakfast was included with our room with hrs from 8-11 perfect for the tourists we are. The breakfasts included fresh fruit which seemed never ending in quality choice and quantity as well as fresh baking and lots of choice for eggs ham and cheeses. Excellent coffee and fresh orange juice. The staff are very friendly and professional. We stayed on one of two rooms on the second floor and had immediate access to the lounge and outside terrace which is extensive and quite lovely to unwind after a heated day of sightseeing. The rooms and all aspects of the hotel were very clean . Our room has a shower glassed in at the roof so it has all the feeling of being outdoors. The other guests we met at breakfast and in the lounge were delightful and very diverse in their experiences. It is about 20 minutes by taxi to city centre about $150 pesos. Alternatively you can take the subway. The station is only 3 short blocks away. Lots of great restaurants close by and the staff made excellent recommendations and assisted with reservations. It was wonderful to visit Buenos Aires and experience such a warm and friendly place to return to each afternoon and evening. Don’t be dissuaded by not being downtown ...lots and lots of shopping here and lots of taxis to take you wherever you want to go

Location - in the trendy Palermo district near shops restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. We used Uber to get to other areas. Rooms - spacious, clean, though the view onto the street was not so nice Breakfast - delicious! A la carte buffet. With freshly baked bread basket, omelette, scrambled eggs n bacon, fresh OJ, etc. We were always so full. Service - attentive n polite. We had an issue with the room but it was resolved quickly. Overall - highly recommended boutique hotel.

Excellent hotel, great location. Subway station, great restaurants and helado shops nearby. Reception desk is friendly and helpful. Room on the second floor opened to an atrium. Women would love the extra touches. Carafe of filtered water. Flowers floating in a water bowl at bedside. Bidet. Mirror in the shower. Housekeeping makes that triangle fold in the bath tissue roll. Chocolate piece on your pillow in the evening. Circular vanity mirror. Curtains drawn to hide the clothes storage area. Room darkening shades work well. Comfortable bed, with decent pillows. The only downside is you can hear your neighbor’s plumbing; and you can hear noise from the atrium in the morning starting around 8 am, for light sleepers. But the guests here tend to be on the quiet side, so it’s not much of an issue. The free breakfasts are wonderful with several options (try the mini brunch for something new and different), and served in the bright cheery lobby, where you can recharge your phone while you eat. I highly recommend staying here for Palermo.

The staff in this boutique older hotel were wonderful and kind, and made the stay great. The room is an older room, but the shower was hot. There was a hair dryer and safe and toiletries. The bed was very firm. Breakfast was served, but you could get more if you wanted. This hotel is close to the popular squares in Palermo, and was safe to walk in the evening. It is also close to the bus and metro. A major problem is the poor wifi, as we could not get emails, and it took a half hour to download our airplane ticket. This is not a luxury hotel, so if you accept these issues, you will be very happy with the kind service you get.

We loved this little funky hotel. Its in a quiet area of Palermo with lots of restaurants on the doorstep. All the staff were super helpful especially Martin who kindly chased up my missing back day after day.! Breakfast was delicious, miles away from the usual dried up buffet Every morning saw a delicious little treat on the menu. A brilliant experience all round.

I liked the location, in the heart of Palermo but 3 blocks away from Plaza Italia and all the public transportations. I liked the building, an old home with an excellent inside restoration, a wonderful roof top and a great living room. I liked my room, a superior suite with a small balcony and a lot of charme. I liked the staff, nice, friendly, attentive. I felt at home, it was my first visit to Buenos Aires and I really enjoyed the quiet, cozy, classy, detail oriented atmosphere. A small gem.

Great service, amazing location in the heart of Palermo with access to the subway, local parks, shopping and incredible local dining. The staff is very customer service oriented and go out of their way to make your stay fantastic. Breakfast is a custom order experience not to be missed!

This is our second stay and we find the hotel excellent, the staff are all excellent and always willing to help. In fact they go out of their way to help. Rooms are always very clean The hotel has 15 room with nice sitting lounges both inside and out. Would definitely stay here again
