Beautiful studio apartment in great location, just two blocks away from obelisco. It is located on the top floor of a historic building, flooded by light and open views. It has a terrific balcony with a close view of a typical Buenos Aires copper cupola and is equipped with a grill, for a complete Argentine asado experience. The apartment consist of a main living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, with cutlery set for four, marble top dinning table for 4 persons, bathroom and spacious private entrance lobby.
If you have friends visiting, you can pull up the 1,60m wide bed into the wall to create a even more spacious living room. The kitchen can also be closed off from the living-dining area by a wooden sliding panel. There is plenty of storage room. Wifi and TV with Netflix included.
There are plenty of good cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Also take away restaurants and supermarkets if you prefer to stay in. Most of the important touristic landmarks are walking distance, Teatro Colón (200m), Obelisco (400m), Calle Florida shopping area (400m), Plaza de Mayo (1000m), Puerto Madero (1100m), Congreso (1700m) and plenty more.
There are 3 metro lines (Lines B, C and D) and the 9 de Julio Metrobus line within a 200m radius from the apartment. Retiro train terminal is also walking distance. There just isn't a more connected neighbourhood than this in Buenos Aires.
