Carolina and her staff were amazing. She did everything asked and more. From arranging meals, to transportation, tours, laundry. In all my years of travel, I can not remember finer service. Every staff member greeted us by name, knew our activity schedule, along with how we preferred our coffee. Highly recommend, in a great part of town, very safe with excellent shopping and restaurants nearby.

Very Satisfied with the Glu Hotel

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. Good location. Close to Hop On Hop Off Yellow Bus stop and close to a square where there are good local restaurants. Breakfast is by order (not buffet type) but it offers sufficient quantity and variety.

The Glu Hotel has a fantastic, kind and helpful staff, perhaps the best I have seen in any hotel. They pay attention to their guests. This is a small and personable hotel. We stayed in one of the smaller suites, which are located in the back and are very quiet. The location is excellent, close to many activities in Palermo, yet not noisy. The breakfast is served by order, including fresh orange juice. The room is in excellent condition and very clean, and spacious. I highly recommend the hotel

This hotel is in one of the best spots in VA. Right in the heart of Palermo. Room has a nice balcony. If you are facing the street, you will be grateful for the nearly soundproof windows. One of the best features is the staff who are incredibly helpful and friendly. A terrific moderate price range choice!
