The customer service was great! Everyone at the service desk speaks English. There was someone available 24/7. The door is locked at all times and only opened for customers. The rooms aren't fancy but they are great, comfortable and clean. The shower pressure is SUPER. The breakfast is delivered to the room until noon and we loved it. The hotel location is EXCELLENT. I recommend this hotel and would go back.
Staff were absolutely amazing. Location was great. Room was not quiet and needs refurbishment. Hair from a previous guest was left on the floor. Maintenance issues were not addressed in a timely fashion (AC remote was dead, only addressed after personally bringing it to the front desk. Toilet seat loose - never fixed.) For the price paid, I was satisfied but not blown away.
Lucas and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. He gave me a fantastic recommendation for a winery that way unique and had fantastic wines. You can't buy those wines in the U.S. so they were extra special to me. I didn't have a converter to charge my cell phone, and a very nice staff member gave me a converter to use for the duration of my stay. The Glu Hotel staff goes above and beyond. Amazing location and amazing rooms.
