Perfect location. Comfortable setting. Close to domestic airport, waterfront, restaurants, Pacifica Galleria, Avenida Florida promenade and the famous Sunday market on San Telmo. Great front desk service. Nice daily breakfast buffet.

The service at the Reception Desk is very sophisticated and polished and I have to compliment the male Receptionists upon the high standards of their spoken English. The club on the 22nd Floor had been beautifully renovated and the standard of the evening canapes and cocktails was simply outstanding. We were allocated an excellent and spacious Junior Suite on the 10th Floor which we loved. The short duration of our stopover stay was our only regret. If only we had been bale to stay longer!

The location was very convenient for an overnight stay. There was shopping and food close by and an easy walk to the sites. The staff was really great and treated me great during my stay. I have elite status and was upgraded to the concierge floor and was given a big basket of fruit in my room. The lounge was nice and had a great selection in the evening. Breakfast was limited but it was fine. This property definitely needs some love and updates. The mattress was old and sank in the middle and the hotel had a kind of cat urine odor which was odd. The bathrooms were very nice which is always valued at a hotel. I hope they invest in some improvements because I really enjoyed the staff.

The staff at the Sheraton was generous with their time and attention. We greatly enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to The Presidential Suite--which was very stately and almost as many square feet as our condo at home. The club level included breakfast and evening snacks as well as free water and soft drinks through out the day and a glass of wine each afternoon. The property itself could use a little TLC and updating.

I stayed for 3 nights in March. The staff was really accommodating. I had a very late flight leaving BA and they let me check out at 5 and use the Executive Lounge until 8. I am Starwood Gold. The rooms are spacious and quite lovely. The bathroom was good sized. The lobby is welcoming and busy. The location is excellent. You can walk to many sights and downtown shopping: the Opera House, Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, Puerto Madero all close. The gym needs to be attended to. Equipment in disrepair. All and all a very nice stay.

At check-in there was no SPG recognition and no offering of the welcome gift or amenity Choice such as breakfast or otherwise. Astounding to say the least that you would check into the presidential suite and the first shower be standing in dirty soapy water because shower doesn't drain. It always shocks me the lack of Maintenance and maintenance checks basic functions like water and drains and most hotels these days have horribly filthy dirty air conditioning and filters. The staff seemed extremely nice at this property and I have not visited the fitness center but it looks nice in the pictures. Reviews from two different hotels I've stayed in Buenos Aires are horribly third world. Also let it be known to take advantage of the SPG best rate guarantee or Starwood best rate guarantee because we could have exercised it at this hotel had we booked one day out and paid the normal rate the first night. Lesson learned. As a side note we left V first hotel the Intercontinental Buenos Aires and IHG brands because it looked as though the furniture Furnishings curtains and otherwise hadn't been changed in 20 or 25 years.

The hotel is outdated - everything looks old and beat up.....needs to be remodeled urgently... Even the carpets seem extremely old and dirty. Location is convenient but not safe to walk outside in evening...

We stayed just one night before flying back to the UK. The room was spacious and the help received from all the receptionists was first rate. The hotel corridors are not well insulated from the rooms so late night revellers returning can be a problem. GS

This Sheraton is centrally located in Buenos Aires, one block for Calle Florida, a very popular pedestrian mall. Rooms are well appointed with mini fridge and snacks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Staff was friendly but the hotel is old and not well maintained The mattress in my room was really old, it has a curve due to usage, gave me a big backache Breakfast was poor in terms of quality The worse was the executive lounge with not much food and just one glass of wine per person The hotel is really poor in terms of amenities for a Sheraton Gym was awful and poor
