Good hotel with fantastic staff. they cannot do enough for you! My room was spacious but a little tired. Within walking distance there are many good restaurants, bars and shopping centres. I will stay again so recommended.
this hotel is a pleasure to stay in. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and confortable, everything you would expect from a Sheraton. However it is the people who work there that make it such a pleasure to stay there. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by a very friendly and happy bell boy, all the people who work at the reception are awesome, they always try to help you the best they can with a very nice attitude. We stayed there over a two week period and encountered the same attitude from the bar staff, the restaurant staff, the house keeping staff.Such a pleasure to stay in a Hotel were people want to help you....they really made our vacation. ON top of everything the location is great as well...
This hotel is the perfect place to spend a few nights while visiting Buenos Aires. Not only is it literally blocks aways from major landmarks such as the Teatro Colon (the OperaHouse), but it is literally steps away from Florida Street (a pedestrian only road), which is filled with shops, street entertainment, and vendors. And for those of you who must have your Starbucks in the morning, there is one a couple of blocks east of the hotel. The service at the hotel is fantastic and the rooms are up-to-date and well accommodating.
The hotel was excellent! It was conveniently located on Avenida Coroba which was 3 blocks from the 9th of July Avenue. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed here for one night in Jan on our way to a South American Cruise. The room was spacious, excellent comfortable bed and very helpful reception staff. Had a good swim in the Swimming Pool on the top floor. Breakfast was excellent good range of both Hot & cold food , service was excellent. I can throughly recommend this hotel
Very good hotel, clean, located to many central Buenos Aires attractions. Furniture looking a little tired, but overall very clean hotel, great breakfast. Friendly staff, almost everyone speaks English.
The staff was very accommodating and spoke English. Our flight left late so they allowed us a late check out at no additional cost. The hotel was very nice and very well maintained. The indoor pool has a small retractable sunroof so some sun bathing is possible. We paid $10 u.s per person for wifi and breakfast buffet. It was worth it. The breakfast buffet was very generous and would accommodate any dietary restrictions or customs. Eggs/sausage/potatoes/French toast/variety of fruits/variety of cheeses/pastries/yogurt/ smoothies/even some green salad items/etc.. etc.. etc,, This hotel was located only steps from Florida Street and Galleria Pacifico (Mall) . This is a large pedestrian mall where you can find just about anything. . If you like to walk, there are lots of sites that you can visit within walking distance. From the hotel we were able to walk to : La casa Rosada El Obelisco Puerto Madero Café Tortoni Teatro Colon Kirchner Centre Calle Corrientes=Argentina Broadway-where the theatres are Playa de Mayo Cabs are easy to find if walking is not your thing. For the ladies I would also recommend a flat comfortable shoe. I tried wearing a comfortable wedge and I kept twisting my ankle on the cobblestones or damaged sidewalks. Really enjoyed the hotel and its convenient location.
We had an all day layover in BA and needed a place to rest and corral the kids, as well as use as a base for a little sightseeing and dining. The hotel was very accommodating in getting us a room in the early morning, which we checked out of the same day in the evening. The hotel is very well located (not to the airport, but for the city itself) and towards the absolute upper end of Sheraton quality.
The hotel was perfectly located for shopping and walking to tourist locations. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The front desk was very helpful in booking tours and answering questions about tourist attractions within walking distance.
The hotel is little worn out but it is very well maintained and kept, the customer Sevice is very good and they go out of their way to help customers , the location is excellent , right outside the hotel there is a bus station and the market is very close too. Will surely recommend this hotel
