We stayed at this hotel multiple times, most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location its perfect its right in the middle of the city and easy access to everything we need while in Buenos Aires. I've stayed before in Palermo area, Recoleta Area and Puerto Madero sure these locations are really nice of course but sort of in one corner or another while in the Savoy you are in the middle of and easy access. 5th floor in the way to go and with an executive suite.

Wonderful, comfortable stay with helpful staff. We stayed for only 1 night but had a great exper nice.

Well, we requested in advance a room for a couple and two kids, specifically requested for two beds for the kids and one for us! After 36 hrs traveling arriving at midnight, no one was there to help with the bags, the concierge was super nice and eager to provide right away good service. I was really looking forward to resting and experience the comfort of this hotel as advertised on the site. Our room was to be a large room with 3 beds, instead was a queen bed and a corner couch in a form of L. Not bed sheets, nothing! I when back to the front desk to request a proper room that I have paid for it. Again the concierge right away took control of the situation and offer us two attach rooms really small but a least was 3 beds. By this time was 12 am. Right away we when out to get something to eat on our return we find that the key will not work again go back to the front desk, family laying on the floor, concierge trying every key he had nothing is happening when to get another master key, as time passed family already sleeping on the floor. He eventually returned try for few minutes into finally managed to get it open. So sad to say that our experience was less than desirable.

Great location, clean room. Only issue is wifi connection, although it seems connected, it's incredibly slow. Other than that, it's great place to stay for a few days to explore the city

Centrally located. Stayed twice. The deluxe room was bigger with few more amenities than single and worth the price difference. Good breakfast. Close to lots of sights and train line.

Walked around the city and saw the sights the theaters were nearby and easy to get to

I would stay again in the hotel, nice staff close to Corrientes ( major business street in Buenos Aires)

This is a has been hotel. In the years back it was one of the best but today it is just old with modern rooms. Internet is terrible, the rooms are dark and depressing , the tv is small and bad image, the breakfast us sub standard.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was wonderful. Stayed at the Savoy the week before and loved it so much we returned. Let us check out at 3pm with no extra charge. Breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is very upscale with a wonderful staff. The people at the desk answered questions patiently without ever once rolling their eyes. They were there with maps and advice about how to get places. They even booked a fabulous tango show for us one night, and made dinner recommendations another. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

I stayed here on easter weekend 2017. Clean room and comfortable. The staff was helpful and very nice. They forgot the towels in my room with after I called I had someone on my door after 5 minutes. Nothing to complain about.

Overall, I would stay here again. The rate was very nice for the room I received. The rooms were very clean and roomy...the staff in the bar and the back of the house (maid staff) were quite personable and efficient. I can't say the same for the front of the house. The lobby staff was chilly. Be prepared to tip them for nothing to warm up to you.

The hotel is good located, close to two Subte station and few minutes walking to the Obelisco. Nice historic building with really friendly staff.

This hotel is part of the history of the city. Enjoyed the large wall photos and paintings from the golden era of Buenos Aires and the exquisite archtecture well preserved. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms but was roomy, modern and very comfortable.

Very kind, clean, and nice location with excellent service. I stayed for 2days and another one day after one week later. Breakfast was worthy of more than 20 dollars and dinner was good too. Most of all, the atmosphere was a kind of prestigious. I appreciate to their excellent service.

Incredible building totally refurbished, more than 100 year of porteño history

Beautiful hotel centrally located within a short taxi ride of all major attractions. Good value. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Staff very helpful. Stunning hotel bar.

Was a very good stay, everything was good , good restaurant and very clean rom

It is hard for me to recommend any hotel nowadays that still charge for WiFi. While Savoy was nice and my stay was fine I can't imagine any hotel being four stars that still thinks WiFi is a commodity rather than a requirement. It leaves the impression that Savoy is behind in the times as to customer expectations.

The hotel is a good option and is well located close to restaurants and landmarks in the city, the room is clean and well designed but the common areas look old. The wi-fi is not free.
