Good location. We got a junior suite and the room was v nice. Breakfast decent if not spectacular. Staff were not the friendliest in the world - not unfriendly but never really felt like I was being particularly warmly received - the majority however did speak English to some degree which is not as common in BA as, say, Rio.

Everything was Good including breakfast. Check in check out was swift. Rooms were large and roomy. Located on a main street and convenient and safe. English speaking staff made it very easy, coming from US.

While waiting for an early check in, after being traveled for over 10 hrs and had wandering the city on a rainy day... No one but the person in charge of security offered us to use the spa area to fresh up. Stayed 2 hot nights but air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms. They were informed 4 times but never a response back! So, my sons had a terrible sleep!

Good place, right in the middle of Recoleta area. Pretty accessible to all areas by bus and taxi. Hotel is maintained really well and rooms are nice and cozy. Friendly staff taking care of all your needs. Would recommend to everyone.

Excellent hotel in lovely Recoleta area of Buenos Aires. Nice size room with comfortable bed, Excellent hotel. Nespresso coffee in room, robes, hair dryer, shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. Generous breakfast buffet included. Very pleasant and helpful. Welcome drink voucher. Restaurant has very good dinner. My only criticism is that like all hotels, lighting could be better/brighter (as a woman it is hard to put on makeup with lower lighting) and bathroom could use a few more hooks to hang things up.

this is a very nice hotel in recoleta. the staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are very well appointed and feel very modern. the only minor negatives are the wifi connection and the comfort of the beds. i found the wifi (on two separate visits) to not have a very strong connection in the rooms. the signal would drop the further away from the door you were. i also found the mattresses to be quite firm and would be nice if they were a little softer.

Rooms are large, well appointed with very good attention to detail. Good breakfast with a wide selection of choices. The staff was very professional and friendly. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Buenos Aires.

First time in Buenos Aires. Stayed 3 nights in the beginning of the trip and one night before our flight back. Very convenient location, half way between Teatro Colon/Obelisco and Recoleta cemetery (10-15 min walk in either direction). Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk personnel speaks fluent English. Little things, which made it special: were offered free power adapters; they kept our bags with things which we would not have needed in Patagonia until our second arrival; our early morning taxi to the airport was waiting for us outside as was promised the night before.

Just spent 8 nights at the Recoleta Grand . Top notch service from the front desk to the servers at the breakfast buffet. Excellent recommendations for places to dine in all price categories. We took a very early flight out and they packed up boxed breakfasts for us. While waiting for the ride in the lobby they also came to us with coffee and a cappuccino. Everyone worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable.

Thank you for an amazing experience - staying at your hotel just made my stay more enjoyable and added value Your staff were polite and friendly and helped me with language barrier - I really loved your city and would come back and stay at your hotel again of course
