The apartament had a pretty strong misty smell. It was very similar to the fotos in the listing but it was not the same apartment. The listing said check in at 2pm but the host said it was 3pm and didn’t respond to my inquiry. I had to insist to receive instructions for the check in and didn’t receive them until 10 minutes before.

Totally unprofessional. I made a reservation, payed, my messages were never replied, the name of the hoat and contact number where invalid. On the same they they told me that the apartment was unavalable and I has just landed in Buenos Aires. I had payed for four nights. I asked them to help me as I was not even offered a help and I was given another unit for the night. I spent the whole day at cafes the following day tryi ng to find accommodation for me and my daughter. It was exhausting. Horrendous experience.

Nightmare

I booked the property, reservation confirmed and credit card charged. The very morning I was supposed to check in the owner canceled the booking leaving me without a place to stay. The reason was the host didn’t accept pets, but Innever asked for staying with a pet. With such short notice, I could not find any other accommodation because the city was full for the Libertadores Cup Final and I had to sleep on a friend’s couch.

El alojamiento q nos toco, estaba bien para lo q necesitabamos, estaba limpio y ordenado. Algunas cosas no estaban en buen estado como la canilla de la cocina y la puerta de acceso al depto tiene la llave q no cierra de adentro, pero con la seguridad en la puerta eso no fue un problema. Tampoco habia un repasador en la cocina para secarse las manos o las cosas q se lavaban. Intentamos comunicarnos con la dueña, pero le molestaba q le envien mensajes. volvería? si.
