We just spent 3 days at the Park Hyatt after a 16 day cruise of Chile, the Falklands and Argentina and it was great. We had a suite in the new part of the building with a view of the amazing garden and old palace. The staff was attentive and the room was spacious. Air conditioning in the room was excellent but be prepared that they do not use much AC in the lobby or the restaurants. The location was fantastic. We could walk to many of the wonderful sites in BA and several great restaurants. The spa was incredible and while there is no outdoor pool, there was an indoor pool in the spa. We would definitely stay there again.
We had a room for two nights on the new side of the hotel. Check in was quick and bags were brought to the room instantly. The porter showed us the room and all the control buttons. Our room was very spacious with big bathroom with tub and separate shower. Good toiletries. Plenty of room in the walk in wardobe. Standard tea/coffee and bottle of water were supplied. We requested toothbrush, ironing equipment and they brought them to us right away. Excellent housekeeping service-so clean & tidy. Room 1606, water leaked from the toilet. Informed the front desk on the first day but was not fixed. Not sure if anyone had looked at it. Buffet breakfast was standard and plentiful. Barista coffee was nice. A minute walk from the right side of the hotel entrance, there is a shopping mall across the road where you could grap something to eat. It ranges from Macdonald to up market restaurant. Can't really fault the hotel but will choose a different one for next time as it does come with a high cost. Standard room US$470.
Excellent modern hotel with old palace buildings as well. First class in every way and centrally located. Good food etc and excellent staff. The rooms are very good with everything that one needs. Our second stay here.
We loved the Palacio Duhau! Our family of five enjoyed dining in the beautiful courtyard and sightseeing all over Buenos Aires. The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great service. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and shopping and dining in the area. The location is very convenient to many desirable destinations. Highly recommend!

I want to be able to communicate our satisfaction with the quality of service offered to us during the days of our short stay at the Park Hyatt BA. It was a good decision to stay at Park Hyatt, as we enjoyed with family, peace, nature, tranquility, comfort, quality and the first class service we needed. We would like to recognize everyone by name, but they all contribute to a great team of work and service. The only breakfast, lunch, dinner or coffee on the palace terrace is five stars. I also want to let you know that the room was very comfortable with a good view, and at the same time modern. Including the indoor pool area, the GYM and the SPA super comfortable. and with all its common areas, which feels peaceful and very good vibrates. This definitely, added to the excellent service of the staff, which allowed us to make our short vacations unforgettable. Very close to Recoleta Cemetery, excellent restaurants, and one block from a small mall. The whole area of the hotel is very safe, as well as a lot of tranquility. I want them to know that they will be a recommendation to my friends and family, and we are sure that we will return in the near future. Thanks again, we'll see you soon. Keep going !!
This hotel combines history with luxury for a stunning experience. The building, which used to be mansion, has antique furniture and chandeliers which make you feel like you have stepped back in time. The grounds are gorgeous and peaceful. I was lucky enough to use points for a suite and it had lovely furniture, huge windows and doors, a massive bathroom. We dined at the restaurant there and had a lovely meal. The only downside is that it is hard to leave this paradise to explore the city!
I had already booked to stay somewhere else for this visit but came to meet for a quick coffee meeting. To my surprise I stumbled into one of the more impressive monuments for a hotel. Beautiful older ruins and fine details in a elegantly refurbished palace. And although I cannot comment on the rooms, I can say that the kitchen is flawless, the service excellent and the prices extremely reasonable in the terrace café. Worth every penny and definitely worth the attention. Do make the time if you feel like getting pampered :)
I stayed at the Hyatt in December for four nights. We had a lovely suite with large lounge area and bedroom and a substantial dressing room area off the bathroom. The service was excellent throughout, reception assisted us a lot with advice on restaurants to eat in and places to visit. The breakfasts were outstanding. We ate them on the terrace - the hotel has a central courtyard as it has two sides on opposite roads. We also enjoyed cocktails on the balcony overlooking the courtyard. It's in a great area, close to lots of shops and restaurants and to the amazing Recoleta Cemetery.
This great hotel used to be a mansion, the bar and ball room are simply amazing. Rooms are very nice but rather small. I couldn't get an upgrade. The pool gym and spa are amazing and so is the concierge service excellent.
