Outstanding property. We stay at some of the finest hotels around the world and this ranks near the top. Great property, staff and experience. There are many great food options on property and spa experience was terrific too.
It was our first visit to the Palace, and it absolutely beautiful. The view of the palace and the beauty of the room will take your breath away. The staff was responsive and very helpful. The bathtub had a beautiful view of the palace, and it had jacuzzi jets. The front lobby and bar area are nicely restored.
I stayed here a year ago for a month due to work and had to return here last minute after having a horrible experience at another hotel as capacity was full for a portion of the week I was to be in Argentina. When I say this hotel has not changed - but in the best way possible! The staff remembered me after more than a year and were so accommodating. The check in was smooth and upon entering the room, it was clean, classic and welcoming. There is something so amazingly luxurious about a hotel that has a very clean and classic yet simplistic style but modern in the same. I ordered room service and had the milanesa with french fries and it was amazing. The room service came timely and the food was fresh and hot! I was there for two nights and my flight was extremely early the second night - however, the staff were alert at 3:00am and prepared coffee for me to take with me to the airport. They were extremely kind and so professional even at such an early time in the morning. The hotel is just as beautiful as i remember with the flower display and new art - this hotel is epic! I will make sure to continue to recommend this and stay here when I am in town. My only observation was that the floor was a bit sticky - I am not sure if it was the cleaning product but my flip flops were sticking :-) Thank you, again!
The hotel is a very old house, perfectly transformed in a hotel. It has a very nice garden, beautiful rooms, pool, spa, gym. Also it has an art gallery/museum and great pieces of art all ovre the hotel. Location is perfect. Overall, a great experience in Buenos Aires. The only downside is that breakfast could be better based on the price/quality of the hotel.
This must be the best hotel in South America and for sure the world! It's just a sublime retreat in the middle of Buenos Aires! I had so much planned for a short stopover on my way to Salta but the hotel was so sensually lovely so couldn't resist to just stay and enjoy my suite, the restaurants and the perfect garden. Ok, it was Mother's Day there so a lot was closed to my defense:)! I can't find one reason not to book this amazing property, everything is so well maintained, service impeccable and the rooms so chic and old world glamorous yet very contemporary and sleek!! Book in the Palace side for the epic feel of The Palacio Duhau!! CONGRATULATIONS to the team at the hotel - I miss you!!
Arrived around 3:30 and had a coffee on the beautiful patio. They serve wonderful homemade macaroons that are delicious and complimentary. Walk around the property and check out the public art. It was modern gems.
Beautiful property in good location. We are Hyatt Passport Members and appreciated the hotel staffs special touches to include a welcome bottle of wine. Beautiful pool and spa area; lovely indoor and outdoor common areas; knowledgeable concierge.
We enjoyed staying in a suite during our visit. Really happy with the location - walked everywhere and liked the neighborhood very much! Leading up to the trip, I sent many emails arranging with the concierge dinner reservations. They were exceptional with fast responses every time - very appreciative of their help! This hotel is very nice - I loved the fresh flowers in the hallway leading to the spa/gym. It was the highlight of my morning walking past on my way to the gym. The breakfast was very good and great service. We did not stay for dinner any night. Seemed very much like a business meeting hotel but we didn't mind. Very beautiful hotel . The only drawback was the noisy barking dogs that would wake us up every morning - nothing the hotel can do about this though so I don't blame them. We loved it!
Beautiful hotel with combination of old and new - the buildings and the garden are divine. The staff was incredible, welcoming and extremely professional. For me that’s their biggest pros. Superb location and walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants and one of the must visit spot in Buenos Aires- the La Recoleta Cemetery. Hyatt has always been one of my preferred brand and Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires is definitely one of the best. One small remark, I hope you could relook at the power point/plug – in my room there was none beside the bed hence a bit troublesome for me to charge and use my phone or laptop on the bed.
This was our first visit to Buenos Aires and we decided to stay at the Hyatt. This hotel has a great location in the Recoleta area of BA. The hotel was whistle clean. The staff, to a person, were friendly, very helpful and made us feel welcome. This is a well managed hotel property. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling to BA.
