Very kind and courteous staff. The grounds are immaculately kept and the rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The indoor pool is quite large, but the hotel doesn't have any outdoor space to enjoy the sun in your swimwear. The art gallery that connects the two buildings underground is a unique touch.
Nothing wrong with hotel if we were on business. Would stay somewhere else if you are looking for local flavor. Same feel as staying in a Hyatt in any big US city.
The hotel is located in a former palace, a bloc from Recoleta and a bloc from Patio Bullrich, a nice mall. The gardens are superb, the room we stayed was very spacious, staff absolutely helpful. I celebrated my birthday there, and the hotel provided a nice dessert with a candle on it, nice welcoming wine, Nespresso free of charge, plenty of water bottles, nice and big towels etc etc. All the little details were taken care of.
