Very good hotel, no complaints . Upscale at medium price point

The location of the hotel is great. Right around the corner from Casa Rosada and 3 minutes away from Florida Street. The only issue I had was that the standard room I got was really small, dark and the window overlooked a service space. I had to change.

There must have been some human error beforehand - I can't blame the guy at the reception - but when I went to my room, it was clear that there was someone already using it. I'm just glad that he/she wasn't standing there when I opened the door. They quickly changed me to another room but it could've been very uncomfortable. The room was small but decent. The breakfast was OK. The hotel is in the old historic center and it's just around the corner from the President's Casa Rosada and the Plaza de Mayo. Because the street is only one lane and it's mostly pedestrian, I struggled to get a cab when I needed. I liked walking around the old historic district but you have to be aware of your surroundings - people wear backpacks in front so it's harder to steal their contents.

Nice hotel in historic building in a great location. Good room amenities.

Very comfortable stay, with excellent access to nearby sites & restaurants!

For the price we paid it was an exceptional value. Room was older but very clean and with great AC !

The NH City puts you within walking distance of many of the famous city sites. On Sunday the San Telmo street fair is only one block away on Defensa. There were many wonderful restaurants nearby and night walking was well lit and relatively safe for a city. English speaking staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. We loved the San Telmo area just steps from the hotel.

Better than expected for the price. Comfortable rooms with modern TV and lots of channels. Efficient, courteous staff. Nice breakfast with lots of options BUT bad coffee. At night. Dead, even though it's right down town must take a cab for dinner. I would stay there again and recommend to a friend.

Gracias.

This hotel, overall, is pretty nice, and in a great location for walking the city or getting on mass transit. The staff were great, and most speak very good english. The food in the restaurant and for room service is very good. My only complaints are that the fitness room is very limited and the equipment is poorly maintained; and I wish the pool deck would have been open even though the pool does not open until December (every day for my stay was in the mid 80's F).
