If you have the opportunity, choose the superior room, it is very spacious and right in the corner of the facade, provides a great view of the surroundings and Obelisque. Very friendly staff, modern decoration and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a hotel. Great location for exploring downtown, but still very close to Puerto Madero or even Palermo and Recoleta for those who loves city exploring walks.

This hotel was perfect for our needs in Buenos Aires. We were close to places we wanted to visit: the Teatro Colon, Cafe Tortoni, the main office for the Buenos Aires Bus (hop on/hop off), etc., also some good restaurants. The staff was very helpful, from ordering taxis to the airport, to giving directions, and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast had a lovely variety of foods to enjoy, including tasty scrambled eggs and pastries, along with a few regional specialties. One thing we didn't expect was two sinks in the bathroom, which was a perk. The one drawback was some interesting plumbing. We have no idea how it was 'wired up,' but when you used the sink, it sounded like the water was then directed into a drain near the toilet. The noise would discourage you from running water and flushing the toilet in the middle of the night. But what's international travel without curious experiences? We would stay there again.

Que bien ubicado este hotel con todo muy a mano!la habitacion amplia y muy comoda y a pesar de ser tan centrico,silencioso!!/this hotel is very well situated with most of the sites close by.the room itself was spacipus and well designed and in spite of being in the centre of Buenos Aires, nice and quiet!!

This was chosen by our tour since it was centrally located in busy downtown area but walking distance to walking street and several good restaurants. Breakfast was included typical buffet style very average. The mini refrigerator didn’t cool sufficiently and I never saw the bar open but was able to get ice from front desk.

The Hotel, Amenities and Staff were generally very good. Room was basic but adequte and the breakfast was okay providing you did not go at a busy time. The first morning was chaos with people waiting for food and cutlery to be put out during a particularly busy period. I would have rated the hotel 4 but I arranged transport through the hotel to the airport primarily so I had a fixed price and reliable transfer. When the transport arrived it was a private car with a boot only big enough for 1 case so our other luggage had to go in the car with us. When we arrived at the airport the driver wanted more than the agreed $40US fare. I refused which was more than someone less confidant would have done. I am certain the driver was using not official and as such not insured to carry passengers and also not very honest. Why do NH Latino use this type of person/transport?? This sort of experience is not good for the reputation of NH Hotels.

Knowing the NH brand well from Spain and having stayed at the excellent NH Collection in Santiago, this hotel was a great disappointment. The best thing is it's location close to The Obelisk. The hotel itself is very dated, shabby and run down. The safe, which is vital, difficult to use as all instructions worn away by time. Two lifts, but only one working during our two night stay, so very slow to arrive. Horrid small basement dingy breakfast room with limited selection of unappetising food. Both days they ran out of glasses, cups and food items.

Except for the confusing address/location (the streets around "Microcentral" appear to randomly change their names for no reason), we enjoyed our stay here. Fortunately, the "Obelisk" helped us find our hotel after each meandering. Their breakfast buffet was the best we had in Argentina during our two week vacation. Several craft beer brewery outlets are not too far away. We walked all over BA and never felt in danger.

The hotel is somewhat rundown. Floor tiles are broken with some dark stains that could be blood. I paid about 3 times what it should have cost thru my guided trip tour as an extension to the falls up north. The problem was we went out for a Sunday walk and all of a sudden we were sprayed with what we thought was bird poop. Don't fall for it. A volunteer came up and just happened to have a lot of paper napkins available. He got my wife's billfold out of her zippered purse. He had my billfold at one time but I yelled and he slid it back. Don't fall for this ruse or just don't come here. Ruined our trip to Buenos Aires.

nice modern cleaning comfortable hotel... good location... good breakfast.... don't particularly care for walking alone there at night... but really convenient to everything..... staff was friendly although they gave me incorrect information ....

NH hotels are a good choice in Europe, no doubts. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply to this specific one in BsAs. Stayed there because of the convenient location and that's what it, I wouldn't chose it again . What can I say? Two small lifts, only one of them was working, the reliable information on what floor you were at was the voice system (forget about the panel lights indicating the floors, not reliable). It takes ages to arrive (remember only one small elevator for the whole building). Once I decided to try the stairs but after a few flights I gave up, got tired!. Breakfast is ok, no issues, no waits. Checking in and out was also quite convenient and fast, guess that depends on your arrival time. You have to ask for directions and they will help you. Attentive staff. Quite basic and small rooms. You need to ask for an iron and ironing board if you need it. The cleaning products have a strong component of chemical substances and in such a small room it was too much for what I am used to. As mentioned, if on business or tourism only location was very good, close to the hop in/off bus, historical buildings, subways, buses, theaters, etc.
