Great location, spacious room, helpful staff. Why do I have to fill all this in Orbitz? That's annoying.

Great location, friendly and efficient staff, rooms are big but could use an overhaul!

Every thing was great. But the breakfast was very deficient and lacking.

We wanted a boutique hotel within walking distance of most attractions and we found it with the Moreno. We arrived Saturday afternoon after a long flight from Toronto. The room we requested wasn't ready for us, but within an hour, we were settled in the room that we requested. The room is spacious and clean; exactly like the photos. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel.

Very conveniently located to the center of town and most sights. Shops, restaurants, Subte are all within walking distance. I will stay there again,

Amazing hotel And staff. Well located. Everything perfect

The location is close to everything. Hip design and our triple room is unexpectedly large.

I'm so glad that a went to Moreno Hotel! Really nice Hotel, great food and services and super friendly. I love it!!!

Cozy hotel, nice big rooms. Noise from hallway can be an issue. Breakfast is very basic, more motel than hotel style. All the rest is excellent!

hotel was lovely. loved art deco feel, wish we'd made it up to the top for cocktails on the roof.

The room was beautiful on the inside...the outside looked rough. But good value for being centralized to Buenos Aires!

Outstanding staff, confortable and clean room, good location. Great little boutique hotel.

the hotel does not have a kettle to boil water, nor does it provide complimentary bottles of water for the guest. instead, it attempts to rip of the guest with expensive bottled water. we had to walk a few blocks before we could locate a subway in the middle of the night when we needed some water. we were not properly informed of our choice of room and was assigned to room 52 which was really big but we could not confirm if it was the loft that we had requested for. otherwise, the staffs were very patience when it comes to the directions to places of interest and were helpful in most situations. if you just wish to stay in a pretty hotel then this is the place. you only pay for the decorations and front desk services.

Recently stayed at this hotel. For four star hotel there was limited concierge type services. The room could have been cleaner on our arrival but was comfortable. Architecture was interesting. Nice restaurant in the main floor of the building.

A friend and I arrived at this hotel after arriving at 8AM local time. We left our bags at the hotel (who gladly held them for us until our room was ready). We then went to the Feria de San Telmo (San Telmo Antique Market). Once our rooms were ready we returned and were amazed at the size and quality of the rooms; the large room was more than enough room for two people. For dinner, they recommended we eat at Estilo Campo, which was a short taxi ride. The steak was very good and reasonably priced. The only negative that I can think of is that the nearest subte station is about four or five blocks (which isn't that far in my opinion). I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone that wants to go to a reasonably priced hotel at an exceptional quality.

The hotel was a great value, however it was advertised as having a gym which it did not have, the roofdeck was not set up, overall the amenities that were advertised, were not available.

I've been to Buenos Aires about 25 times over the past two decades, and this is where I will stay from now on. The art deco hotel is well located and the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. There is no fitness center, or at least I didn't find one. For runners, however, it is only a few short blocks to the dock area of Puerto Madero where you can run without too much risk of ending up on the hood of somebody's car.
