Excellent staff and service. A lot of nice touches - a real boutique hotel. Only the coffee at breakfast lagged behind and the air-freshener in the room was a bit strong. Great also for tango lovers visiting the city, as it is located very close to la viruta.

Super cute hotel nestled in the heart of Palermo. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you want to be close to great steakhouses (Calden de Soho, Don Julio, Carneras), multilingual concierge service (se hable English), and a cozzy atomosphere. Only negative is that the double bed are a little small (twin). Also alot of Americans stay in the hotel. This could be a positive if you are looking to find a fellow traveler but may not rock your boat if you are looking for a pure "argentinian experience." All in all, amazing hotel with a very friendly and personalized touch!!!

I travel to Buenos Aires every year and always stay at Mine Hotel. It is the best hotel in Buenos Aires, a total gem in the middle of Palermo Soho. The location is perfect, surrounded by great boutiques and awesome restaurants and cafes. However, what makes Mine the best place in Buenos Aires is the staff as they are warm, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with anything. I am grateful to Romina, Victoria, Sol, Claudio, Gustavo and Julian for their patience and kindness. Rooms are great, super clean, comfy, and quiet. Breakfast is awesome. We really love Mine!

We had a wonderful experience in this small charming and elegant hotel. The front office staff as well as breakfast staff are outstanding. do not miss breakfast! The place is clean, modern and although the rooms are small, it is what makes them charming. Location is great, with plenty to do and places to eat, that staff will help you get to.

Although our room was small, it was cozy and intimate...much like the Mine Hotel. The staff at Mine is amazing- warm, friendly and super accommodating. My mother and I travel together often and I can honestly say that we have never been treated with such professionalism and hospitality as we did at the Mine Hotel. We arrived from our flight at approximately 5:30am- they greeted us with a cup of coffee and a room shortly after. I have never been made to feel so comfortable. The location is great. Many trendy shops and restaurants in the area. We HIGHLY recommend Mine!

Mine Hotel was a fantastic cousy place that maid my business stay in Buenos Aires great! Service and personalization like if you were at home. Nice breakfast, great knowledge of town, in a neighborhood that has it all!

Beautiful, stylish hotel in the best location! Very clean and pleasant rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety, and they will make you an egg dish to order. Can't wait to come back!

I stayed 3 nights overall. The hotel is nice, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The staff was very helpful. I was traveling with my nephew, and they were very friendly with him. We had breakfast at the hotel and they have good fresh pastries everyday. If you want, they can prepare omelet, scramble eggs and waffles. It is included in the buffet. In my opinion, they could improve the bread. The streets near the hotel are a little noisy at night. The hotel is walking distance to a subway station (approx.15-20 min), zoo and the Japanese garden. You have to take a taxi or the subway to go to the city center, Recoleta or Puerto Madero. The neighborhood is nice. You will be able to find several cafes, restaurants, stores, a small supermarket and a pharmacy. I really liked the hotel, but I have a negative point for them. I used their transfer service from the hotel to the Ezeiza airport. It is useful when you travel with children. They charge 65 dol for this service, and they pick you up at the hotel door. However, I had the bad luck that the car stank of cigarette smoke, and that is not acceptable. For that reason, I am not giving them an excellent rating.

We used Mine Hotel as our base in Argentina staying 5 nights overall. its in the most lovely location in a very safe neighbourhood. Even so the locals are very caring telling us to be careful with our camera etc when we were out walking. We loved exploring the streets and local market. We stayed in three different rooms and all were lovely. Very comfortable, clean and bright. One had a corner bath with a shower over which was difficult to use as I have mobility problems but the other two had walk in showers. Each evening staff delivered a note with the news in English and an amazing chocolate brownie. Each time we checked in we were given a voucher for a complementary beer, wine or vodka. The drink changes daily. There is also fresh lemonade near reception for a cool drink at any time. There is a large TV and lots of books if you have the time. The garden is pretty with a small pool. Lots of birds and we even saw a humming bird several time. Right in the city! Mine Hotel arranged a day tour for us which was a bit disappointing. The guide was sweet but she cut the tour by an hour rushing us back too early. The lovely gentleman on reception arranged for a discount on the tour price and then sent a complementary bottle of wine to our room that evening. And it wasn't even the hotels fault. What service!!! They kept some luggage for us as we travelled around and when we returned it was already placed in our room. They laundered a large bundle for us while we were in Brazil at the Iguazu Falls which was great for our return home. Finally we ate every meal in Buenos Aires at Nininas bakery and restaurant two doors down. Its amazing. An extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fantastic salads, burgers, steak, waffles, eggs, cakes, bread. I think we tried it all! We did think of going elsewhere to eat but why do that when perfection is just two doors away. We had a great time in Buenos Aires and largely thanks to Mine Hotel. I would suggest you don't stay anywhere else.

My husband and I stayed three nights while visiting family. The friendly and helpful staff make this a preferred place to stay. They offered many recommendations for restaurants, shops, and other helpful information for the area. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here on future visits and will recommend to family and friends.
