Close to all major tourist events and places. Able to set up good tourist activities. If you stay there, ask for the club level or above, as it comes with it's own perks on the 21st floor. And seemed to us to be better maintained. We first were put on the 18th floor, but I was not satisfied with the loose wall paper, and overall appearance. They moved us with no questions asked to the 2000 floor, which was the same room, but seemed to be better maintained. Viator and other tour companies pick up from this hotel and that is a big plus. Schuttle to airport is as needed, they call a car for you. WiFi is excellent, with no charge in lobby and public areas, sometimes they charge for use in your room, but they gave it to us at no charge. We would definitely stay here again when in Santiago.

We are enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Libertador Hotel. Staff were very helpful and wanted to make your stay enjoyable. Everything was as advertised.

Toilet seat dingy. Had to call front desk for soap, none left in bathroom

Location is good, especially both for tourist and businessman. But it is now under renovation, so you won't be able to use its lobby facilities. Wifi is not that strong, so you will experience some interrupts while using it. Overall? Decent, but not excellent for the time being.

Bad. If not for prepaid I would check out immediately an go to another. Forget about the Starwood famous beds. Small insufficient elevators make you wait as much as 20 minutes to go down or up. Food overprice, extremely: a gin&tonic cost you almost 17 bucks, like in 5th avenue, NY: the only difference is hat this is not 5Th even after apocalypses. I will never return there.

Good Hotel, well located, but the staff were unbearable, they are allways explaining to you how you are wrong and of course they are right. At the restaurant the manager dared to touch me in order to explain that my rate didn't include breakfast for the third time. These people don't have a sense of what service is.

Well located. [...] The hotel is well located if you go for business downtown, but I would choose another one otherwise.

Hotel centally located . Nice room but room doors often heard slaming closed was a little disturbing at times. Otherwise was quiet. Pool area could need some work. Nice staff and generally good service.
