We stayed for 5 days.It is a very well located hotel, exactly in city center with many choices for meal or attractions. It is close to metro, buses stations in city center.Staff is very helpful. Is clean and with big rooms.
The hotel provided a very pleasant experience for my stay in Buenos Aires. Right from start the staff were friendly accommodating, and on hand to provide assistance. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the showers were brilliant with a good water pressure throughout. The hotel has a small fitness room on the 9th floor (no free weights) and a sauna which were useful. The breakfast comprised of pastries, different breads, fresh fruit, scrambled egg, cheese and ham which was enough to get one going for the day. Most of our day was spent out and about in the City and hence the hotel provided just the right amount of facilities for our stay. The hotel is located in a lively area of town but there were no issues to cause worry and there are plenty of high quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The METRO stations of Uruguay and Saenz Pena are a short walk away. There are plenty of small shops and fruit/veg stalls nearby to buy any daily provisions. In summary, this is a hotel that I would definitely recommend, and be happy to stay in again.
We enjoyed three nights at the Icaro Suites and loved our time there. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us an early check in so we could explore the city after an overnight flight from Atlanta. Though the neighborhood seems abit iffy, you can walk the streets - accompanied - with confidence. Be sure to check out the local graffiti. Here it is an art form and very much encouraged. In fact, you can have a graffiti tour: graffitimundo.com
We stayed at the beginning and the end of our trip to Santiago and Patagonia in December 2016. The service was excellent. The first time we had a room facing the main street and traffic noise was a little annoying, especially that of the street busses. The second time we had a room facing the back and it was much better.
Very spacious rooms ideal for families, with kitchen and en-suite with excellent shower. Great place with loads of space value for money. Breakfast is OK but pretty much standard I think. Staff were very helpful
I was pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Great central location for walking to main places of interest. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was basic but satisfying without being outstanding. My one observation was why have a cooker hob and no pots or pans in the apartments? I found this strange and I am only mentioning it as as we always choose an apartment to stay as we like to make breakfast/coffee etc by ourselves. No big deal though. I would recommend.
Photocopying passports and credit cards without the client consent was alarming. This practice could easy lead to unlawful use of this information by others.. The matter was brought to the attention of the manager who returned the photocopies on departure. He was also made aware of the complete non communicative skills of the person responsible at check-in on our arrival.
We stayed here for three days. We liked it so much that we cancelled our reservation at another hotel when we returned to BA a few days early. The rooms are large, with a kitchen. Spotless. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent. Front desk folks were very efficient. Excellent location. Close to several subway stops. Lots of good restaurants in the area. We were so glad we stayed here.
We spend two nights in a king suite here and loved the size of the room and the facilities. It was clean and well decorated and the staff especially Gustavo were wonderful and helpful. It is quite central and in a safe area. The breakfast was good especially the fresh fruit. I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
