A good hotel in a poor neighborhood

No complaints about the hotel. But as I was told not a good neighborhood or surroundings. But you ca get a cheap deal sometimes

Great experience and hotel staff was extremely helpful

We had a great time. There were 5 of us in our group and we had two rooms adjoining. Each day the front desk was great in planning tours and arranging safe cabs. We were walking distance to the Subte and were able to get around great to all the areas we wanted to see. There is a great little empanada place up the street from the hotel and also a great ice cream place going the other direction down from the hotel.

Não espere café da manhã

Fui a estudo por duas semanas, pude verificar os problemas do dia a dia. Com falta de pessoal, o recepcionista era porteiro carregador de malas e até copeiro no café da manhã(dois dias). O Café da manhã é praticamente inexistente. Praticamente nada e o café muitas vezes frio e requentado. O elevador vivia estragando. E as chaves magnéticas perdiam rotineiramente sua função. A vantagem era que o quarto era bem limpo, assim como a roupa de cama e banho. A Construção ao lado neste semestre(JAN2014) foi menos incomoda do que de JULHO2013. Faça um balanço em relação a serviço(RUIM) e limpeza do quarto(BOA).

Decadente

Segundo informações da recepção o hotel trocou de dono e tudo piorou. O café da manhã é muito fraco. Não há mais nada no almoço e na janta(falta de chef). Existe uma construção ao lado, portanto esqueça de dormir após às 7AM. A limpeza é um item positivo, quarto bem limpo. A recepção foi sempre bastante solícita e o acesso a metrô(subte) é uma grande facilidade.

No fue del todo favorable. Primero ruido a martillazos, cambio de habitación. Luego no funcionaba la calefacción, segundo cambio de habitación hasta dar con una en condiciones se perdió el primer día de estadía....el resto de los días bien.
