Reasonable Hotel in Buenos Aires

The hotel was a convenient location and staff helpful. The room was very small, old, and in need of some refreshing. Happy we only needed it to store bags after getting off a ship.

Good value for the money.

The communal areas are very nice and welcoming, with a coffee bar. I stayed twice in this hotel, which shows that I was happy with it. The situation is excellent for seeing the city and it is good for the price. The first time I booked a queen bed, but it was only a double. They only have doubles in the hotel. The second time, I booked 2 singles which were comfortable. The air con was a bit noisy and in the second room, there was no handset, so one had to climb up onto the bed to turn it on and off etc. The bathrooms are small but OK. They are however, shabby and should be renewed. The lift can be slow, but we used the stairs when on the first floor.

Great location, helpful desk staff

Great location just off main streets near the Plaza Dell Mayo. Hotel staff were exceptional. We had power outages and the rooms are a bit tired looking and small but overall very satisfied especially considering price and location.

This is a clean nice hotel. The breakfast is not very good, but what you would expect. The aircon in our room was very weak.

Thin walls

Its bog standard for what you would expect. It had more of a hostel feel. The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful when asking directions etc. The walls between rooms are much too thin. You can hear your fellow guest sniff/unzip bags/sip a drink/their TV all too easily. Its like they are in your room. Of course its not good if you have jetlag and are not sleeping at night. Im sure they had to endure all my noise too.

Although very clean and comfortable rooms just feel very old and claustrophobic. Motel style tv high on the wall. But fantastic location and great staff. Just needs a major update.

Should be a Flagship but it is not...

This hotel is run by the UNION DE TRABAJADORES DEL TURISMO, HOTELEROS Y GASTRONOMICOS DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA (UTHGRA) or the Labor Union of the country's hotel industry. It should be a Flagship of their "savoir faire", a source of pride and excellence. But It is run like a small family business in an outdated building. Comfort of rooms is basic (small rooms, small TV sets) and quality of breakfast is absolutely abysmal (very bad fruit juices, awful ham and cheese). As far as the staff it greatly varies depending on whom is helping you (from helpful to careless) In spite of its good location I wouldn't recommend this place. Lots of things need to change. It's never too late!

O box do banheiro é simples horrível. Tem menos de 1 metros quadrados. Perdi as contas de quantas cotoveladas dei na parede do no box. Aliás o banheiro não é pequeno mas o box elas fizeram para frustrar a estadia no hotel.

Bom pra tomar banho e dormir

Wifi não presta, horrível. A isolação acústica também é ruim. Da pra escutar claramente as arrumadeiras conversando e trabalhando. De positivo, pode-se deixar a bagagem lá mesmo depois do check-out. O valor da diária também é ok. Pra mim serviu porque eu praticamente só dormi mesmo lá. Ótima localização.

No me gustó esto hotel.. Lo bueno es lo personal del hotel... excelente...pero..el hotel no es confortable...el salón de desayuno es chico...los pasillos muy sencillos...las habitaciones tienen un baño muy chico...no te sientes confortable ahí. Malo alojamiento No me regresaré!
