Some aspects of this hotel were pretty good. However there were two issues that made my stay there miserable and forced me to leave much earlier than I originally planned. These issues were: (1) Extremely cramped bath. The most tiny bath I ever saw. Built literally on a dime. Something around 2x2 square feet. (2) Primary hotel Wi-Fi access point was inaccessible in my room. I was told to use secondary Wi-Fi access point, however it was hardly working more than 50% of the time. So, basically I was left without reliable Wi-Fi access.

in my entire life never seen a tiny bathroom like room 207,whole bathroom size was less than 5x5feet.on the corner erect a wall and make a hole like shower,2x2feet enough for stand under the shower,can not bend,terrible experience.

The only drawback about this hotel is that no one speak English there. However, they tried very hard to help us.

Experiencia buena para el tramite que necesite ir a hacer. Pero si es para estar varios dias no es recomendable, la habitación que me toco era pequeña y el baño también, la parte de la ducha muy muy incomoda por su tamaño, pero funcional.

Agradable sino te toca a la calle y en planta baja

Buena ubicación y precio , lastima que llendo con un nene de 4 años nos dieran habitación en planta baja y a la calle imposible dormir / descansar ...vamos por temas de salud y nos costó mucho poder dormir.

No pudimos alojarnos!!!

No puedo realizar la evaluación porque no pude alojarme en el hotel a pesar de tener el número de reserva que Hoteles.com me mandó oportunamente. Llegué y el encargado me dijo que no tenían disponibilidad de habitaciones!!!! Un bajón. Me ofreció hospedarme en otro hotel que no responde ni cerca a las acordadas previamente; por ejemplo: no incluía desayuno, tuvimos que pedir que nos den papel higiénico, los acolchados de la habitación estaban quemados con cigarrillos o rotos, el baño con humedad en las paredes. NO ES LO QUE YO HABÍA ACORDADO!! El valor terminó siendo el mismo porque nos cobraron el desayuno (bien). Tuve la oportunidad de ingresar a las habitaciones del hotel Quito y realmente es muy superior al que me terminé alojando. Me pidieron disculpas explicando que aún no saben manejar la plataforma... Lo que no termino de entender es por qué me enviaron número de confirmación de reserva??? A pesar de lo expuesto pienso que si hubiésemos podido alojarnos en el hotel Quito la experiencia hubiera sido muy distinta porque este hotel es nuevo, limpio, el desayuno esta bien en relación al costo del mismo. Los baños cuentan con secador de pelo, las habitaciones tienen split y tv led. Como dije es otra cosa. El hotel Guayaquil es el que no recomiendo. Ah, en este último hotel si querés prender el Split son $ 100 más por día.

Nada interesante.

Para empezar el recepcionista nos dijo que ellos no trabajaban con Expedia, solo con otra pagina. Nos salio mas caro de lo que decia. La habitacion una miniatura, muy poco espacio, el baño tambien. La habitacion no tiene telefono ni ventana al exterior.
