Overall the hotel condition was subpar. Got here late at night so couldn’t see much but front hotel staff was kind and nice. The back road to get here at night didn’t feel safe. The room we got definitely is due for an upgrade. The bed sinks in, floor boarding near restroom is broken, rust on a lot of their bathroom metal items. Wall near the windows need a paint job. We were very closed to booking another hotel the same night but given it was so late we stayed but got out ASAP in the morning.

Stayed there for s few hours between fights with the family. The street to the hotel entrance had pot holes bigger than the taxi we were in, like driving on a motocross track for over 2 blocks. Uploaded luggage onto luggage cart then at the front desk were told the cart it's self was too big for the elevator. Had to take elevator with one bag at a time up stairs to the room. After finally getting into the room someone was doing some type of work upstairs with drilling, beating and banging the whole time. You could hear every word people were saying up stairs, the halls, and room's next door, absolutely no sound proofing in the walls at all. Even a child went running down the hall outside the room and you could feel the beds shake. When someone upstairs flushes a tolet it sounds like a waterfall inside the walls of the room. This place has extremely poor construction! I hope they never have a earthquake here,If so this place will be leveled. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Standards here are well below what they should be for any hotel!!! My wife booked this place also because it was close to the restaurants. We walked around to all the restaurants in the complex choosing a little Italian place at the end. Don't go there eather! Food and service was terrible, my wife's pasta dish was swimming in grease, disgusting! I think we would of had a much more pleasant experience just staying at the airport!

The hotel was a little hard to find. The cab driver missed it several times. It was great having a nice restaurant right next door.

Nice hotel, nice people. Quick ride to airport, but scary ride in a white cab. Grab a black cab!

In the Orbitz ad we got the impression there was hotel transportation. Taxis is it! There were no hotel phones. There was a taxi stand, however, a scalper intercepted us and we paid too much for a ride and he told us the hotel would pay! The hotel was real good in arranging for our taxi the next morning. The real cost was one fourth of what we paid the night before. Live and learn! In the ad it should be moe clear.

No hand towels. Vinyl flooring was warped. Checking was very smooth. Very helpful with taxi.

nice hotel with shopping and restaurants onsite close to eze airport

The picture on the website is misleading. It looks like an elegant hotel on a pretty quiet street when actually it is almost on a back alley unpaved gravel side street. The computer available for customer use is very slow

I booked this rather curious hotel because it appeared to be close to EZE airport, where I was arriving from Ushuaia at 18:00 and leaving for Miami early the next morning. I call the hotel "curious" because it is located in a shopping mall and has virtually no exterior signage. Even the signs in the mall just say "Hotel" with an arrow pointing to it as you wend your way through the mall. The mall is in fact a 15 minute cab ride from EZE airport, so it's really not that close (though much closer than the famous hotels located in central Buenos Aires). The rooms are stark with no decoration, though they have adequate facilities. Staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport for 05:30 which in fact worked well, but they did not inspire confidence that they would perform as well as they did. The hotel appears to have no restaurant and it has no bar.

The man at the counter was exceptional. He was so kind to help me with my crutches and luggage, made sure if I needed help he was there. Great service!

Stayed at hotel because of proximity to EZE airport. Short stay before leaving for early morning flight. Staff was welcoming and helpful to get me to airport on time. There is a small high end mall outside the hotel door, with restaurants, wine store, Burger King and several bars, who could want more. Heating and air conditioning worked in room. Decor seemed a bit Danish or Nordic. It was spacious but felt decor was cold.

Very nice hotel located in an upscale shopping mall with plenty of eatery choices. Convenient to airport. Downside is if you have a long wait for your flight there doesnt appear to be anything to do if you aren't interested in shopping. This beautiful mall is located in an industrial area of what looks like a run down town.

This hotel is in a great location. It is close to the airport and right in the middle of many restaurants and lots of places to shop. We arrived early and the excellent staff was able to find us an available room. The room was big and very clean. They offered us a free breakfast at a nearby restaurant. They were able to reserve us a taxi for the next days trip back to the airport. This is a great hotel and we highly recommend it!

The staff were really nice and helpful, but the gym was super broken. The treadmill was sliding around, the bikes were creaking and wobbling and none of the equipment felt at all safe. The power outlets were Argentinian only, which was not a problem but was the first hotel I've stayed in in South America that didn't have at least one US outlet too. Take an adapter. Also a quick note: not their fault. The taxi drivers GPS took me down the road a fairly long way even though he had the address entered perfectly. If I wasn't using international data to google that myself we'd be in some dark back alley.

This hotel is in very good shape and clean. It satisfies the needs of getting some rest in between flights, it is 10 min away from the airport. They have a very limited breakfast included. This is a hotel just for the hotel not to visit Buenos Aires since it is around an hour away from downtown.
