My experience after 3 different times here

The hotel is centrally located. The neighborhood is not the very safe but convenient. Has a big shopping center within a few feet. Part of the hotel has been renovated. Has an ample common area with a big screen tv and sofa area. Has a little patio and a little restaurant were you get breakfast. The restaurant also offers one single menu option at a fixed price for lunch and dinner. The breakfast doesn't have a good variety of options to pick from, it's just ok. The staff is kind of rude during breakfast time also. The front staff is very polite and helpful. They should have microwaves in the rooms and renovated furniture without tears or broken chairs. Overall is ok.

we stayed just for the day while waiting for a lat

We needed a day room while waiting for a night flight to the US. This is a "local" hotel with strictly Argentinians. I had to use Spanish only with the staff. We waited an hour (from 10-11AM) for the room-which was expected. Very small room with only a fan(we found out later that a remote for the decrepit looking a/c might have worked-the TV remote had to be signed for also. A new flat screen is wall mounted-there is NO room for a stand,chair or table. A fold down table attached to the wall was it! For $35 it was worth it to hang for 7 hours. A nap and shower was welcome. The afternoon man at the front desk helped me secure a private car to the airport and assisted with our luggage. The area is basic but cheap grocery and take-outs were plentiful.
