The staff was very informative about public transportation and explaining how to get to all the sights. This is a budget hotel in good Recoleta location. Good basic value.

Very little rooms adequately clean but cheap furniture in good shape. Bath room with old type WC wall push button type. push button not properly fixed. Shower with some 2.5 square recipient, Curtain in rail OK. Shower itself in very bad condition, barely working. Fixed myself

Problems with reservations

This hotel always has problems with the reservations made through hotels.com. I've been here 3-4 times as I'm only looking for a place to lay my head for 4-5 hours before my connecting flight, as my international flight arrives at 4 am and my connection isn't until 3 pm. But every time I'm told they cannot find my reservation. It takes a good hour for the personnel to either find it or make a new reservation for me and at that hour of the morning and after a 10 hour-long flight I just want to be shown my room and rest. This hotel should either start getting organized with their reservations or not be part of properties offered on hotels.com altogether. I don't expect this hotel to be 5star for the price of the room, it's just a place to rest for a bit before continuing my journey, but I do expect to have my reservation ready when I arrive.

Empezo todo bien .. nos dieron la habitacion 105 en el primer piso .. tuvimos mala suerte y se rompio la cerradura (tardaron muchisimo tiempo en venir a ver el problema) .. nos cambiaron a la 101 .. que era de menor tamaño .. pero bueno no nos quejamos ..y nos encontramos con que en esta habitacion el aire acondicionado goteaba adentro de la habitacion (muy molesto dormir asi) . nos ofrecieron solamente unas toallas para "solucionar el problema" .. nos cansamos de quejarnos para cada vez que bajabamos a hacer el reclamo nos encontrabamos con un recepcionista distinto y siempre se excusaban de la misma manera "no estaba al tanto nadie me dijo nada" ... la verdad penoso .. lo unico que tiene de bueno es el wifi

Básico, no tan barato

La estadía fue simplemente aceptable, no considero que sea un hotel 3 estrellas, es de 2. Es un edificio viejo en etapa de reciclado. La atención es lo único que rescato, de los empleados. Tuvimos que solicitar varias veces porque no había nada para desayunar, muy malo, a mitad del horario establecido por ellos.
