Fabulous Place to Stay. I will return!!

Really great place to stay. I usually stay in Recoleta, but decided to give this place a try. Really loved it. Loved the loft style, cement floors, the deck, the balcony with view, the pool, everything. Can't wait to return again.

Fantastic

One of the best properties to stay in Palermo. Beautiful rooftop pool, very secure building, fantastic rooms, and we didn't need a taxi the whole time. I would highly recommend.

A great place to stay

I went to Buenos Aires to visit my daughter. I booked the hotel based on customer reviews. I could not have been more pleased!!! The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable with a great balcony and view of the city. I had read about the street noise, so I came prepared with earplugs so it was no problem. The breakfast was good with a large variety to choose from. There are plenty of restaurants close by and taxis to other parts of the city are easy to get.

Nice option for business and Fun in the area

Nice, feels like a cool apartment. should take under consideration: Noise from out side, don't expect friendly or special help from the "front desk". Cleanliness of the room is ok, but not in high shape. breakfast, "roof bar" and the rest of the "spa" services is bad. To summaries: it's a good place to sleep and go around the cool Palermo Area. Seems very safe, a lot of young people around in the many cool restaurants and bars around. BTW, search around the area, very cool small high-end hotels.

Much better than a “traditional” hotel!

Much better than a “traditional” hotel. You get a modern suite/apartment with a sweeping view of the city, a balcony with a table and chairs, individual Wi-Fi to each apartment, DVD/cd player, plasma TV, kitchenette, bedroom, living room and a modern bathroom, all with the amenities of a hotel. There is a roof top pool and breakfast is on the same floor. The English speaking staff is professional and very helpful. Buenos Aires is spread out and divided into neighborhoods, sort of like NYC. Palermo is one of the biggest “boroughs”. It is sub-divided into Viejo, Hollywood and Soho. Staying in Palermo-Hollywood is much better than staying in Downtown, Micro-Center, Boca or San Telmo, but not as good as staying in Palermo-Soho, or Recoleta. We liked the place.

I had a last-minute trip to Buenos Aires and had the Hollywood Suites recommended to me by an associate in B.A. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Their concierge service was excellent and they were eager to help with anything we needed.

Have been coming here for years

I go to Buenos Aires about once every three months and stay here EVERY time. its the best place to stay in BA. All the services of a luxury hotel, but its much more relaxing. It doesnt overwhelm you like a normal hotel full of stupid tourists. The lofts are amazing. I wouldnt even think about staying anywhere else..

Nice neighborhood but far from everything

The hotel was in a great neighborhood but it was a little far from everything. It was easy enough to get a taxi but think it would have been better to be more centrally located. I was also less than pleased with the check-in / check-out process. There was only desk and we had to wait a long time.

A good choice-convenient

Loft rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. Staff was helpful. Good location but be prepared for some noise as you can hear the train going by and traffic noise (at times). Roof-top pool was lovely, and welcome during hot weather. Had hoped for a late check-out since it was Jan. 1, but staff were not helpful on this matter.

Could not done any better

If thinking of going to Buenos Aires this hotel is a good choice.Service is excellent very courteous personnel. You feel like home ,you have a safe parking spot in a underground parking lot,nice top floor small pool (not heated),a nice whirlpool overviewing the city (night view its awesome). The only down side to the place is the heavy railroad transit due to a public transport route line about 300 ft away from hotel.

Decent Relatively New Property

The lofts are beautiful with decks. Roof deck where breakfast is served is a relaxing place. Pool is small and not well maintained. Gym is small. Rooms are OK but our bathroom had water leaks. Housekeeping not so diligent. I left a postcard for concierge to send but never received it. OK stay but service can be a lot better.

Classy Hotel in a Nice Area of BA

Our suite was very nice and spacious. The design of the suite was very modern and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast, that was included, was very nice and well presented in the sky bar. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to lots of shopping and nice restaurants (if you are prepared to walk 10-20mins). The Irish pub next door does very nice food too!

Modern comfort in quaint old section of Buenos Aires

We stayed in Hollywood Suites & Lofts in the old Palermo Hollywood section of Buenos Aires (BA)for seven nights in beginning of April 2009. Very modern chic-designed high rise hotel in very neat section of BA. Lots of trendy, but affordable restaurants right outside hotel and within walking in area. Hotel has rooms on two levels with full kitchen, sitting room, and big balcony with beautiful views over BA. Bedroom and bath on 2nd level. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Most speak English. Pool on deck with open-aired sunbathing area and breakfast room. We had great stay and would definitely return.

Lækker pool, skønt hotel

Dejligt hotel, beliggende tæt på restauranter. Morgenmaden var dyr og ikke pengene værd, så vi lavede selv morgenmaden i lejligheden, og det fungerede fint. Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme, og rigtig søde. Var der problemer blev de løst. Der var en del støj fra byggeplads og hunde der gøede, men det var til at leve med. Lejligheden var kæmpe stor, og fint indrettet, køkken inventaret var dog ikke det bedste og det lækreste.

Excelente para quem já conhece Buenos Aires

Boas acomodações, decoração contemporanea arrojada, a varanda é execelente para quem gosta de apreciar um bom vinho e jogar conversa fora. Na esquina do hotel temos 3 restaurantes sendo uma pizzaria, um pub estilo irlandes (ótimo para happy hour) e um restaurante de comida massas. Pode se ir a pé para muitos outros restaurantes e gelaterias do bairro. O hotel é um loft, portanto quem espera uma suite convencional, pode não gostar. Para quem não conhece Buenos Aires e deseja ficar mais próximo das principais atrações turísticas não é mais adequado, pois precisa de transporte para todas, contudo temos transporte publico e taxi acessivel).
