Hotel with excellent location and close to everything. Good customer service and excellent attention in the counter. I will recommend this hotel if you have to travel for business and leisure as well.
Nice rooms and location, walking diatance to several testaurants. They improve the breakfast selection adding fresh fruit to it. The price still somehow expensive for the kind of hotel. Helpful staff.
I always stay at this holiday inn when passing thru Buenos Aires, it's located in a very active area, close to fine and fast food restaurants, La Florida street, the port and domestic airport. Receptionists are very attentive and the breakfast is excellent.
Hotel was very comfortable. Room was cleans. Pillows were excellent. Hotel was within walking distance of a very nice shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. One drawback was that money changers only accepted $50 and $100 US bills
Nice place. Very helpful staff. Great location near downtown and many points of interest! Good shopping and restaurants close by. Augustino at front desk especially knowledgeable and helpful! She arranged good airport transportation.
Clean, European style accommodations, attended to by friendly and helpful staff. Helped with late arrival and with luggage storage while awaiting further travel. Very close to airport transfer buses, intercity buses, waterfront and Pacifico Mall.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Buenos Aires for 3 nights in March 2018. This was an excellent stay. The facility is well maintained and service was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Wifi was fast and free, and breakfast was basic but very satisfying each day. I requested a late check out, and despite the building being full, was extended out as long as possible. If you're choosing a room, there are views to the front, but come with traffic noise to the main road. The back of the building faces a quiet laneway, and is absolutely silent. Really, no complaints. This is a good example of the Holiday Inn Express brand.
Great stay as every other time. The staff is very helpful and attentive; breakfast is always good; wifi works great everywhere. The location its a plus, walking distance to mass transit and lots of great restaurants.
We stayed there for 5 nights. Over all it was a good stay as the location was centrally located. It was a short walk to the Buquebus, Puerto Madero and Florida Ave. The hotel staff did a great job with booking our tours, the tour companies picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. The staff ware very friendly and helpful and their english was great! We booked a standard King room for 2 people, the room was a bit too small for 2 people (room 1224), you may want to upgrade to a bigger room. The internet was great and complementary. We did need to have an extra luggage rack since there was no other place to put our luggage except the floor, we received it on day 3. The room needs some updates as well there were cracks in the bathroom sink a walls. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, pastries, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, the typical scrambled eggs. It was really missing more healthy choices like Hard boiled eggs. There was a refrigerator that you could purchase salads and drinks. The gym needed something more then a couple treadmills and 20 lb weights in addition the internet was NOT available in the fitness room which made it difficult to stream music or TV.
I think, this is the best Holiday Inn Express I ever stayed . Absolutely perfect staff, nice breakfast. They suggested a variety of tango clubs and city tours. And we enjoyed all of them. As a HI members, we had both early check-in and check out. Thank you a lot.
