Hermoso edificio en el corazón de Madero a metros del centro
The best of this hotel is the location. Rooms and facilities are not great. The valet parking service was particularly disappointing to me.
Got food poisioning at the lobby restaurant.was sick for 2 days.
1. good location 2. close to city bus tour stop. hop-on and hop off 3. good food
the hotel is new , close to the most safe area in Buenos Aires ,close to some of the bests restaurants and nightlife in town.the hotel is modern concept but,the breakfast it s not so good for the price charged .the hotel is ok
Hotel itself was an excellent reaching my expectations. However, from the family traveler's viewpoint, it was little far from the urban area to do the city tour. Nevertheless, it was next to the Puerto Madero region where you can have a relaxation. Positive points: If you want to relax without visiting downtown region. The hotel is perfect. Negative points: If you want to visit downtown or see tango show, distance may not be as near as you expected.
I was really impressed by this hotel. The lobby is fantastic, rooms are impeccable and confortable and service staff friendly and very courteous. The location - Puerto Madero area - is unique and very nice. And the best part: great value for money. This is the place to stay in Buenos Aires.
Too expensive for what's delivered. Region is good but hotel needs to be renewed.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Great location. Try it
Very impressed with this hotel - from the staff to the amenities, our expectations were exceeded.
Service and staff was excellent, they were helpful in checking in and out, and very friendly even to those of us who don't have the best "spanish" skills. The room was excellent, very clean and well kept. The sundeck and pool have an excellent view, though it was surprising that the pool was a little chilly and there was no spa to sit out and enjoy the view in the fall chill. Overall an excellent stay, though a little pricey compared to some other places in the area.
The hotel is nicely located in a safe area of Buenos Aires. The rooms are large , clean, practical, so is the bathroom. The only problem surprisingly enough was the poor service. Nobody seems to care neither at the breakfast lounge (8th floor) nor at the registration counter (nobody at the executive floor check out at 4:00 pm!! and more than 25 minutes wait at the check out in the main hall!!). Next to this, this hotel is fine and can easily be recommanded .
good
Very rude Staff overall
Great Hotel, perfect amenities, close to touristic restaurants, the only thing it sucks like all the big name hotels is that you have to pay a fortune for internet conection, that is so wrong...
El hotel muy agradable, la zona tiene una via en construccion y se dificultaba el acceso
