Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires5.0 out of 5.0

Very short anniversary trip to Buenos Aires for a concert. The Four Seasons was our home base during our stay. Prior to arriving, I interacted with the concierge to arrange for ground transportation. Martina and Fiorella were so helpful and friendly. We had a little hiccup with the driver who met us since our flight arrived early, but once we found him we were on our way. Upon our arrival at the hotel room, we were offered the use of the spa to freshen up as we had checked in early. It was great to be able to use their locker room area which had a steam room, sauna and relaxation room in addition to showers. After the spa, we went to the café bar at the lobby for a bite to eat and drinks. The place was quite busy with the lunch crowd, but we thoroughly enjoyed the empanadas, charcuterie and Malbec. We opted for a City View guest room which had a view of the port. The guest room was updated with a cozy, understated elegance. The bathroom was spectacular with a separate tub and shower. We used the hotel’s transportation to Estadio Unico La Plata which is an hour outside of the city. Although we had asked for an English speaking driver, our driver only spoke Spanish which was fine for the drop off but caused some difficulties from a pickup perspective. Just a word advice if you’re going to La Plata; it took about two hours to return to the hotel after the concert. The following morning we ordered room service from Elena. The bone-in ribeye we ordered was perfection. Tastes so different from what we have here in Texas. We then took a 3-hour tour of Buenos Aires that the concierge arranged with Roberto Blanc. He is excellent! I wish we had more time with him to see and experience more of Buenos Aires. Will definitely come back to the Four Seasons next time we’re in town.
the hotel is very nice with good location but the real stand out here was the super friendly and attentive staff. The Concierge went above and beyond with restaurants, Museum, Parks, Sorts and sight seeing recommendations.
We loved every aspect of our stay. The suite was beautiful. Friendly and extremely helpful staff! Highly recommend. Elena restaurant was worth it and meal was excellent. Took a bit of time to get our check at the end probably since the restaurant was quite busy. Will definitely stay again
this hotel is the best in Buenos The quality is excellent and the service is first class. when we return we will go back to the four seasons without doubts . the restaurant our secret is excellent and the attention is still better
My wife loved the attention she received by the pool and the hospitality during the stay. The kids (aged 5 and 7) loved their room with complimentary chocolates and TV in front of the bath. This Hotel will make every effort to make you feel like a King, even when you are not. The overall experience was just outstanding.
The Four Seasons Hotel lived up to it's five star billing, particularly in terms of the rooms; really comfortable beds; great staff - very courteous. The bar was very lively and the restaurant really good - particularly if you stick to the local dishes.
We stayed here for four nights at the beginning of our Argentinian trip. As we were due to arrive in the morning and the hotel had said they were busy we booked from the night before in order that we could access our room as soon as we arrived. There are many good points about this hotel and on our arrival we were pleased to have been upgraded to the Club Floor. Our room was no different to standard rooms but had a Club Lounge available with a balcony and soft drinks available. The room was what you would expect in a top hotel and the bed was very comfortable. Whilst the bathroom had a separate shower and loo it only had a single sink and a surprisingly small amount of counter space. Breakfasts were excellent and our dinner at Elena on our last night was excellent, our best in Buenos Aires. As has been mentioned in other reviews the staff were also excellent. The only reason for not giving this hotel 5 stars is that in my opinion it did not live up to other Four Seasons we have stayed at. We were told that the hotel was very full when we booked but did not realise this meant hosting a 200+ contingent of American office supply sales people on a reward trip along with their other halves! Our first afternoon trying to spend a quiet hour by the pool felt like being onlookers at a rather drunken pool party; we were also unable to book any Spa treatments during our stay. On our last afternoon a wedding was celebrated near the pool area. Not only did this make for noise but it was also slightly disconcerting to be lying by the pool in swimming costumes whilst wedding guests (male and fully dressed) wandered amongst the sunbathers. Depending on the season we would probably stay at this hotel again as I think it is the only one with an outdoor pool but there are other beautiful hotels to try if a pool is not top of your list.
Hard to find anything that you may miss in the this hotel. Service is helping you with everything, room equipment is full (even iron was there - what is not usual). Breakfast is full of various propositions. Real sense of Luxury. Be aware only about the prices - hard to find higher in the city.
Excellent service. Very nice rooms full of tiny details. Chic! Very good location and good transportation service right at the hotel. Restaurants and spa are worth a visit. Visit Restaurant Elena, meet is super, juicy and very tender
Located in Recoleta the location is excellent. Concierge and desk staff very courteous and helpful. Very nice and spacious room. Lovely hotel but it is becoming dated. Lobby furniture needs to be replaced. Main restaurant Elena was good but some of the staff amateurish others very competent. For a hotel so well rated we found the steaks disappointing.
