There was nothing too much for the pleasant staff of this fine establishment, even to the extent of a bottle of water for he taxi journey when we left. We were on our anniversary and they made our stay extra special, little things here and there, and a bottle on the house! The room was fantastic even got to watch the MotoGP whilst having a bath with the TV in the bathroom as well as a spacious shower and toilet areas also. The pool was warm and were able to swim as well as relax. We didn't use the Spa but saw plenty coming out very relaxed! We would go back therein a heart beat the staff were fantastic!
Best hotel in Buenos Aires, best at all, have been over the city few times and never been so pleasure. The Four Seasons team made my stay really perfect. The concierge gave us many wonderful tips. For sure is the best hotel in Buenos Aires.
When staying in Buenos Aires, look no further than Four Seasons for the best in luxury. The hotel is gorgeous, comfortable, cozy, warm, friendly and attentive, and the rooms are beautifully appointed. The service is stellar, and the time traveller facial in the spa was excellent. While we fell ill during our trip, the staff did everything in their power to try to make us feel cared for and comfortable. Muchas gracias Four Seasons BA, we will definitely be back!
I've been in Buenos Aires more than 5 times, but it's never been so pleasure as at Four Seasons. I mean every single moment was just perfect. From the kindness people from check in whose also gave me a upgrade to a exclusive floor where every day a nice brunch was served for the guests. About the room I have no complains at all, large, clean, excellent amenities, unbelievable technologies in the room & bathroom, everything you desire for sure you are gonna find in the room. Fitness & Spa excellent! Restaurants & Bar: 1)Mi Nuestro Secreto( unfortunately we did not have time to have a meal over, but from my windows I could see an amazing restaurant all glasses around. 2) Poney Line; Creative drinks, nice atmosphere & good music. 3) ELENA: Just excellent, my many thanks for the chef who run out Elena! So, for the end I left SERVICE in general, I have no words to describe how good is. From the bell boy to the general manager, I have been so spoiled! Amazing, amazing, amazing! The concierge made my travel unforgettable, gave a lot of excellent tips, also my many thanks to Agustine, who helped so much in many ways. I just have to say thank you Four seasons Buenos Aires team for making my trip just perfect! Was a really pleasure stay over!
Hotel is excellent, from the minute you arrive, you are greeted with a warm welcome, seamless check-in. Room is magnificent, great staff and flawless service. The Spa is also of high quality. The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing and within walking distance to shopping. Will book this hotel again for next visit to Buenos Aires.
The property is fantastic, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is located in a great spot of Buenos Aires. The dining experience was wonderful, great selection to choose from. I recommend this hotel.
I actually don't know where to begin. The elegance of the hotel or the fabulous meals we enjoyed at Elena restaurant and Nuestro Secreto? The quiet comfortable rooms overlooking the beautiful mansion or the prime location in down town Buenos Aires ? These things are givens, but what makes this hotel stand apart is the exceptional service that you will receive from every single member of staff in every department. And I don't mean stiff smiles and courteous nods, I mean genuine warmth and the utmost care taken to ensure that your visit to Buenos Aires is the best it can be. Our particular thanks go to the wonderful chefs who took time out from running a world class restaurant to teach us to make empanadas and the concierge team who booked, arranged, sorted and smoothed a fabulous week in their beautiful city.
I stashed there for 4 days. Made me regret not staying in Buenos Aires for an entire week as was my original plan. However I'm definitely going back to Buenos Aires and without doubt will be staying at thee four seasons again. No other hotel will be considered. The staff, amenities, room, dining were all above and behind my expectations.
I just spent 3 days in beautiful Four Seasons Property in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Lets begin with the location - hotel is in the heart of one of the coolest cities in the world, perfect for a wondering tourist eager to walk around and explore. Property is worthy of its brand, as is the service from the doormen to spa staff. I stayed in an amazing, well appointed modern suite. I had the best massage ever in a hotel in my life. Hotel's restaurants are beautifully designed, and offer excellent food. Hotel bar offers great cocktails and amazing Argentine wine, and a great scene. Top notch.10/10.
Again the Four seasons comes through with truly amazing service and amenities. Spacious rooms with good viewed of the city. Waking distance to shops and restaurants. Love the bath tubs in the rooms with sliding doors to the main living area. Great room service food and dot forget to try a nice Argentina Malbec.
