We were so well attended to, where the staff knew our names from the valet to the concierge, to the waitstaff. Makes a difference in the overall experience. Cannot wait to have the opportunity to return!

Excellent hotel 5 stars, we stayed 3 nights at that hotel, we simple love it. I love the quality of bed, beautiful location in Recoleta neighbourhood, i recommend this awesome hotel. Four seasons its four seasons.

Love this hotel! We we're traveling with a 9 month old and they were so gracious - they left baby items in the room (shampoo, wipes, etc), set up a crib, and while eating at their very nice (and delicious!) restaurants, they were so friendly. We also used their babysitter, Maria, and wish we could take her home with us, she was amazing.

Excellent experience, very friendly team and excellent rooms in the main building; the ones in la Mansion are top, in line with the history of the city and close to the swimming pool, an oasis in town. Also to recommend is the main restaurant Elena, with top gastronomy. The concierge services are also very competent, wich is a rare commodity to find, and can organize your stay and meet your reqierments.

Hard to find anything to say aside from the usual rave reviews for a Four Seasons. Good location and close to the domestic airport. The neighbourhood felt very safe. The food was amazing for both dinner and breakfast.

Stayed here for an introduction to Buenos Aires before heading to Mendoza and, later, Iguazu Falls. Fine smaller property with some 100 rooms and 50 luxury suites, including in a separate Mansion on the property. The latter was favored by rock groups in town for a festival, which caused throngs of young groupies to gather on the sidewalks around the hotel looking for stars to come and go. The rooms have views of the city or the mansion and pool area. The Elena restaurant is worth trying for lunch, at least. The hotel is within walking distance of many fine restaurants and we felt safe venturing onto the nearby streets. Interesting discovery: a major Italian heritage in Buenos Aires, with many fine Italian restaurants we hope to try next time.

We spent 6 nights at this Four Seasons...March 19-26. Four Season is our favorite hotel chain but this hotel misses the normal five star rating that is common. Of course, a 4 star rating for a Four Seasons would be a five star for a hotel that is less expensive. First, off the lobby is so dark and gloomy that it remains you of a border town hotel in Mexico. Our room was great, but hey at $825 per night you expect great. The location in next to main highway/street but the noise level is not great so that was not an issue, and from the hotel we were able to do alot of walking within the Recoleta area. The problems was that for us the value wasn't there...they change a flat $30 per person for a lovely breakfast but who needs 9 types of bread or piles of food. We are light eaters for there is no breakfast menu. Over-all next visit we would select the Park Hyatt or the Alvear.

I've been fortunate to have previously stayed at Four Seasons resorts and can report that this Four Seasons property meets their usual understated standards. The staff were cordial and accomodating. The first room suffered from a struggling air conditioner but, a quick room move solved everything. The room had the usual Four Seasons touches and was comfortable. Breakfast and dinners at the hotel restaurant were all delicious and filling. A lot of other dining choices nearby. No complaints. A perfect stay.

Four Seasons never let me down when we are talking about service, same here! The staff just know what to do and I love it. Beisdes that, the room, the view, the breakfast, room service, pretty everything was perfect. You know what you get when you book a Four Seasons :)

I have made multiple visits. I even got married here. It's great. Possibly not the best possible location in Buenos Aires, but this is a great 5 star hotel. Excellent service, great food, wonderful ambience. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for,.
