We truly enjoy our stays at any Four Seasons. So this review is not much different. The staff was exceptional in making us feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Everything met our expectations.
Excellent experience overall. The guest room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent service. Excellent location with very good restaurants at the Recova just steps away from the hotel. The bar-lounge atmosphere very good as well.
excellent experience in a wonderful city! centrally located! all of the amenities including the restaurants and fitness center are excellent. Plan to stay at this hotel for my future trips to Buenos Aires.
We arrived from Brazil on a trip to celebrate 25 years together. The first part of our trip was arranged by Belmond, but I arranged the stay at this hotel myself. We had stayed at a Four Seasons before in Hawaii and really enjoyed the service and facilities. So I checked out this hotel and made a booking through Skoosh. I arranged airport transfers direct with the hotel through their concierge. We arrived mid afternoon and the airport transfer was very smooth. Our room was on the 11th floor and had city views to the north. It was very spacious with a fantastic bathroom (with a TV you can watch from the bath!). The weather in Buenos Aires had been rainy and cool for weeks and our first day was very wet. We walked around the area which has good shops and interesting architecture. The hotel can lend you umbrellas if you wish. We took advice from the concierge - excellent service - who provided us with a map and pointed out areas to visit, we booked a tango show they recommended (they have a huge range to choose from and have personally experienced them all. They are also happy to check out any that you suggest). They advised us how best to take a visit of theatre Colon, which is fabulous. We also booked a table at their Elena restaurant. The steak my partner had was excellent. I had some fish and fantastic side dishes. The sommelier was great to talk to and recommended a (Argentinian) red wine that went with both our main courses very well - it was delicious. The restaurant was very busy, but the service was spot on. Breakfast is served in the same venue as Elena and during the week was full of business people having breakfast meetings. At the weekend there were only a few tourists like us! A good range of hot and cold dishes. Wide range of meats and cheeses, great fruit selection and egg dishes made to order. We also ate and drank at the Pony Line bar which was very busy with business people having cocktails and snacks. We had a great pizza and some interesting cocktails. We checked out the pool area, which looked lovely, but the weather just wasn't up to sunbathing - although the pool was heated to a lovely temperature for swimming. We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Four Seasons and had a first real taste of Argentina. Highlights were the friendly service and quality of the room (it was basic level, but fabulous enough for me!)
We loved our spacious room and enjoyed the delicious dinner at Elena! The steaks were served piping hot and were juicy and delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We also had drinks in the bar and everyone was very welcoming. The decor of the restaurant was beautiful and pleasing to the eye.
The hotel is beautiful, the room was very comfortable, and loved the large windows that we could actually open. The breakfast had everything, some mornings we ordered an omelet, and others we had a smoothie, with lots of fruits and sweet rolls. Lots of choices. The staff was very helpful, and I would highly recommend this hotel. We could walk to the Recoleta cemetery, and the church. And then we walked to the Florida shopping area as well. So it is in a great location.
My wife and I stayed here for a 3 night business trip. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in during hotel stays, the bathtub has a TV built into the mirror so you can watch TV while relaxing, great view of the city. The restaurant and bar on the main level are some of the best around.
The Four Seasons does not disappoint. This property is outstanding. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. The rooms are excellent. We had breakfast every morning and it was very good. Also had lunch in the bar one day. The burger is as good as any burger that you will find in the States. Great location. We highly recommend this hotel
Found the hotel to be up to Seasons standard, nicely located, and an Oasis to take shelter when overvhelmed by the city. Excellent city views from the upper floors, great tranquil pool and mini garden area with at least one resident cat. Hotel's restaurant Elena was a top- shelf culinary experience. In my opinion better than Francis Mallman's. Overall perfect location and service.
