Our apartment, ideal for 3 people, has a comfortable bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living room, and a full bathroom. In addition, all rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare your favorite meals. We also offer high speed internet so you can stay connected during your stay.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Interaction with Guests:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
