Lack of flexibility

Very distrustful management. I stayed there one week, and booked for a second week after having a conveniently located stay. They wouldn’t let me in after requesting for a bank transfer for their deposit even though the stay was fully paid. My deposit payment was done through the platform they suggested and they wouldn’t let me in until the “pending” international transaction clear which could take up to two days. Such lack of humanity after having flown for 11 hours and have my suitcases there with me.

The apartment is very nice with a well-equipped kitchen, although it is only equipped with a drip coffee maker and no way to make espresso. The area is great with lots of coffee shops within a few blocks (Dunno a few blocks away was my favorite). High shower pressure. Unfortunately, I had consistent intermittent internet outages throughout my stay and Fliphaus did nothing to resolve them and ignored emails while being unhelpful in response to Whatsapps. Given that internet is a promised amenity, this was unacceptable and leads to the low rating.
