Excellent location with skyline views around the corner from the Puerto Madero waterfront and a 15 minute walk to San Telmo. There are two balconies running the length of the apartment divided into what are effectively three outdoor sitting areas. The east facing side allows for unblocked sunrise views overlooking a quiet street and calming roundabout. The west facing side overlooks a lush planted courtyard and swimming pool that is available for use. There is plenty of storage/closet space and natural light for its spacious rooms with floor to ceiling windows in bedroom and living areas. The air conditioning worked quite well even in the summertime. This is the only unit on the top floor accessible from the elevators, so there are no nearby neighbors. 24 hour front door security is included and there are grocery stores and convenience stores nearby among many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Uber/taxi availability was great with most arriving within three minutes and never with tourist prices or absurd fees. My next trip to Buenos Aires will be scheduled around the availability of this apartment.
