the location was excellent but the room I was initially given was terrible and did not look like the pictures I saw that made me book this hotel. They gave me another room that was bigger and cleaner than the original room they gave me, the first room carpet was filthy and the room was tiny but it had a great view. I booked this room months in advance of my stay and I was very disappointed with my original room. This hotel is quite dated and needs upgraded but the staff were wonderful but the hotel is misrepresented by the pictures. I spent quite a bit of time getting a different room which was satisfactory but I shouldn't have had to do this if I had been given the type of room that I requested in the first place

I really enjoy my staying! The hotel is close to everything! Great location! The staff was very nice ! They kept the room clean.The breakfast was fine also ! We stayed 6 nights ! If I go back in the future I will stay at the same location! I loved Buenos Aires !

Location, location and location. Perfect spot across from Ricoletta Cemetary. Right next to famous bar La Biela. Block away from great restaurant and nightlife scene. Great rooftop pool with clean and modern changing facilities. Nice continental breakfast. Perfect spot for exploring the beauty of Buenos Aires. Great couples retreat. Very central in a nice area of Buenos Aires, lots of restaurants and shops around it. A nice spa and swimming pool, but I must mention the staff, housekeepers, waiters, and front desk personnel are very professional, kind, always willing to help, and make you feel like you are welcome. If I ever go back to Buenos Aires, I will stay there again.

Regrettably the condition of the rooms were sub standard.The baths were not clean,therre were no plugs, the air conditioning needs cleaning/replacing.The carpet was dirty in placesThe reception staff weren't very helpful.The WC seat needed replacing.The hotel is in need of a complete renovation and overhaul.The hotel is currently next to a building site which we weren't made aware of prior to booking.The breakfast however was excellent but the attitude of the restaurant staff was abrupt and we were asked to vacate our table as others were waiting to come in to the restaurant.One of the rooms we were given was non smoking which clearly wasn't the case and we asked to be moved to another room.
