The hotel was amazing, and the staff was super helpful and kind. The location is great, 50mts from Avenida Santa Fe and one block from 9 de Julio Avenue. Would definetely stay here again in future trips to Buenos Aires!

Hotel room was outdated. Hotel hadncentral heating system and when I went to front desk to say it was way too hot inside the room, they told me that it was thst way and no option to change temperature. They suggested to open the windows and when I told them that we were in a fifth floor and having two little kids was not the best option, they just didnt care.

Our room was from the previous century and had thorn carpets, leaking taps, a musty smell, non-controllable air conditioning, and very slow escalators. However, the breakfast was okay, and the cleaning was good. The location is in the middle of the city and very accessible but very crowded. It seems like they have a few better rooms for advertisement purposes. This is not a four-star hotel as advertised.

Los cuartos son un HORNO!! El aire acondicionado es un chiste, 4 cuartos, piso 2,5,7 todos calientes el aire lo controla el hotel y el control del cuarto es falso. Es un desastre… argentina con 45 grados y el hotel tiene los cuartos como en 55 grados, horrible, caliente y aunque te quejes y te cambien el cuarto, TODOS, son iguales

I reseved 2 night 1 room for 4 people on my name, was 2 double bed, however they didn't allow 4 adult in the room they try to give another room double prices. They excused was that that room is only allow 2 adult an a child so if if they stayed they need to reserve another room disappointments I keep the reservetion but I reserved for my parent an a different hotel across at el conquistador with better prices rate. I staeyed in dolmen got a room with AC the was leaving water, woke up at 5 by the noisy. Got chance to a different room was too noisy. I shouldn't stayed 😕 😪 from the moment I felt not welcoming with my parent...
